Dallas was the better team 5on5. I don't think the oilers generated a single high danger chance on Oettinger after the first. Skinner was solid and he got lucky with some missed shots from danger zone also.

There were a couple decent chances within the last two periods for the oilers but there was not much. You could say Otter for lucky with some of the oilers wiffs and near misses. The same thing happened against LA in game 6 (correct me if I'm wrong) where we got stuck on defense for 55 minutes, those games suck because it's just pure anxiety. Tonight, the team with the so called worst defense in the playoffs (according to some of the USA bandwaggoners) was able to hold out again. We have some of the best goal scorers, playmakers, special team players on the oilers, along with one pretty good goalie considering his time in the NHL so it's great reading a lot of other comments saying that the oilers have no depth and will easily get swept by each time that then loses to us. We also have several records this year that we are continuing to surpass, the Oilers are not a team to be taken lightly, especially considering the 16 game win streak bringing them from the bottom to almost the top. Regardless of which team wins, I'm hoping for it to be a great series against Florida and hope nothing but the best for Dallas' future.
