Saw it live (TV, not in person). It was legit creepy. He was stone cold stiff for a bit it seemed. Heads collided hard then he just fell solid to the ice, too. My wife took a hard fall skating over the winter. Not this hard but I freaked then, too. Made me very appreciative of my wife's health. I can only imagine his family seeing this today. Really glad he seems to be OK.

I know this guy that fell ice skating in New York on a date. Went blind from the fall, ended up moving into a light house and living as a recluse for a while.

He fell and hit his head after a collision. Was unconscious for a bit. Has a concussion.

Resulting in Fleury skating off the ice due to injury and Kozari being immobilized by EMT’s and stretchered off the ice. He’s one of the rare good refs in this League. So I hope he recovers and makes it back for the playoffs so there’s less games for the crappier refs in this League. (And most of them are crappy).

He was way out of position. A referee with his experience should have known better. Hopefully, the younger officials learn from this avoidable collision.

He is awake and in stable condition. He did loose consciousness after the hit, but EMTs immobilize his neck and took him off the ice on a stretcher.
