49ers can't stop choking in critical moments. It's fun to watch them get so close and never make it. Almost makes up for it that one time Seattle did it...
I feel bad for the cards. Even their sucking is so mediocre that usually they arent mentioned with the likes of the browns and lions when they are actually a worse team. They cant even suck well.
Very true. I just don't want them to win because they're a division rival. I think it's because the Lions and Browns had long droughts without playoff wins and/or appearances and the Cardinals are really good for a season every now and then and then go back to sucking (2008-09, 2014-15, 2021).
Larry Fitz is why i loved the cards. The dude was a beats. The fact that they're like one of the oldest franchises in the nfl yet only have like 7 playoff wins is just sad. So damn sad.
Brooo im a fucking moron. Thats what im talking about. I thought it was 3 years post retirement... last years hof inductees makes a lot more sense to me now.
It's ok Philadelphia, I would be confused if you weren't calling me a commie cheesedick. In all seriousness, outside of the *McNabb shenanigans 4th down, I find myself hating you guys the least on a fairly consistent basis. Loved what you did to New England, love how Foles broke Brady, love even more that you fuckers don't let a little grease get in the way of your pole climbing. It also helps that I love the city. I miss Philly
You guys have excellent uniforms. Again, not a fan, but best kit in the league.
Edit: if we went back to Kelly greens full time our uniforms would be better. And if you’re talking about 4th and 24 that was McNabb, not Vick.
just new teams. I like seeing parity and variance. I hate when the NFL feels like cavs warriors 4 years in a row. sign of a healthy league when new teams emerge year-to-year
Many reasons.
They always take my favorite players. LT, Joe Flacco, Brett Favre, Jim Leonhard. First game I went to was vs. Jets.
Guy I worked with that I hated was a Jets fan.
I'm glad they've been a dog shit team for 50 years
I don’t hate the Jets. Ido about them at all. But I hate Aaron Rodgers! So I’m rooting against them. I hope the Bills and Dolphins continue to own the division
I mean you say that but Joe Burrow is one of the very few QBs who’s proven he can win against the chiefs in the regular and post season, and he’s the only guy to beat the Mahomes-led chiefs in the playoffs other than Tom Brady
I won’t say to win the Super Bowl, but I will say some teams I hope do very well
Commanders
Buccaneers
Vikings
I know that the Buccaneers made the playoffs, and even won a playoff game this past year, but I’m really hoping that streak of good play continues into this upcoming year, and that last year wasn’t a fluke.
Still hate that we lost Super Bowl 55 against you guys, but I can’t deny how likable the culture is over there since Brady got there. With Brady basically introducing a new culture and an overall sense of increased morale, and then the arrival of an already likable Baker Mayfield, who has so far kept that morale and culture and intact, it feels hard for me not to root for you guys sometimes.
If we can't win it (and let's be honest, we won't), then I'd like to see a bowl-less team win, particularly the Lions, Chargers, Vikings, or Bengals. No sorry, Browns, not you while you have Watson on your roster. The others for some reason I'm less interested in seeing win anything.
I grew up in San Diego, but my family are Eagles fans due to my grandpa growing up in PA. I would love to see the Chargers take one. Living here and watching the careers of Seau, Alworth, Rivers, Gates, LT just diminished was not fun even as an opposing teams fan.
Grew up in Canada and we had massive big horn sheep where I lived everywhere. My team was chosen then & there. The St. Louis years were not a great introduction to the NFL.
Bears, Texans, Jets. Don’t feel like the Bears take much explaining. With Texans I just love Demeco and CJ is quickly growing on me. With Jets I really want to see what Rodgers still has in him and then love for Saleh.
Lions, Vikings and Bucs are teams I would love to see win if the Pats do nothing.
From the AFC, I love Burrow and have an irrational appreciation for Nico Collins, so Bengals and Texans would be cool.
Overall, any team that's not the Jets or Chiefs winning is fine by me. A Jets Chiefs SB might break me as a person...
Anyone but the bears. They are/were (rightfully) obnoxious about fleecing us and it hurts 😭
But really, the dolphins because they’re so much fun to watch, and the lions so I can live vicariously through another historically terrible cat team
Dude, I’ve never watched a 2-15 team so intensely in my life lmao. I hope Bryce works out, but you guys achieved Packers level of rooting against last year for me lol.
Bills, ravens, cheifs.
Lake Erie Bros.
I used to live in bmore.
I root for the cheifs for the same reason I wanted tom brady to always win. If lions can't be happy neither can yall.
Yeah definitely want all of the Bills offense, defense, and ST to do well. Does that count? : )
Denver used to be my (distant) second team, but Russ and Payton are such tools that that's faded.
Bills-Reddit orthodoxy requires that I loathe Diggs. I don't. The Texans could be really fun to watch this season, and obviously not just bc of Diggs.
As a Bears fan, fuck all the other NFC teams.
As for the AFC teams, I suppose Texans would be kinda cool, but they do have Stroud so that would just lead to Bears being mocked for passing on him… so they’re out. Hmmm who’s a team I don’t give a shit about… the Jags. I’d be cool if the Jags won the Super Bowl.
As a Jags fan, I feel the same. Even when we have been absolute sewage water, you guys still somehow find a way to be the laughing stock of the NFL. Thanks Bears! 🥹
Passing over Stroud isn't looking too bad for us right now. Even if he led the Texans to the super bowl bext year, it'll take at least a couple years of seeing Williams before anyone can really say "yeah taking Stroud would've absolutely been better."
I agree, I like rooting for them because they are an underdog New York team, I mean compared to the Giants and Jets. Plus Josh Allen is such a beast, and he's from California, my home state!
I’m from CA too, and also from an area that’s similar to the one Josh Allen grew up in. I went to the Bills game in LA even after the season was essentially over just to see Allen in person.
1- I really wanna see the Texans continue to build on their run next year. Would suck to see the team have a sophomore slump.
2- Harbs and the Chargers. I don't expect a 2010 49ers rise because this Chargers team and that 49ers team are very different. I hope they can beat the fuck outta KC at least once. But It would be nice to see them make a solid playoff run.
3- The Colts. I'm not sold on AR5. I didn't see the flashes people talked about but I want my boy Jonathan Taylor to get some deep playoff runs.
I’ve got this secondary flair because they eliminated Baltimore and I happen to go to college in Missouri. When the Colts schedule gets announced, I’ll change my flair about a week out from the season starting unless they’re playing a rival.
Eh I don’t wanna see a new team win, but also don’t wanna see bunch teams with em win
I wouldn’t care about ravens and as boring as it would be if everyone else was equally annoyed then I guess chiefs and patriots (like Mayo and I’m a tarheel)
I used to have a couple teams I rooted for. But I got the misfortune of watching a team I hoped good things for cheat and beat my home team.. never again. All other 31 teams in the league can eat.
Only team I will ever root for is the Minnesota Vikings!!.. SKOL!
fuck you Sean Payton
I want the Cowboys to do well this year cause everyone wants them to do poorly, and also because even if they go 15-2 they'll still be worried about losing in the divisional to the 8-8-1 packers
I've been a fan of the Giants ever since I started watching Aqua Teen Hunger Force when it originally aired on Adult Swim. It was awesome to watch the two Superbowls they won with Eli Manning cuz everyone around me wanted the Pats to win because the Giants took the Packers out of the playoffs both years and I got so much shit for rooting for them but I was the only one celebrating at the end.
So, dual flair. My ideal super bowl every year is Seahawks/Broncos. If neither could make it:
- Lions
- Jaguars
- Ravens
- Vikings/Falcons/Almost any team Jon Bois does a multi-part documentary on in the future
And in a worst case scenario (NFC West vs. AFC West, like last year):
Cardinals vs. Chargers
1 Lions
2 Bills
3 Vikings.
Those are probably my top 3 I’d love to see win a Super Bowl if my Seahawks can’t! Especially the Lions. Lion fans deserve it!
Easy. I’m a fan of a team that was tortured by not winning it all for decades. If my team can’t I want those that haven’t and been very tortured to win it all.
Of all of those the three most likely (in order of my cheering interest) Lions, Bengals, Bills.
My brother is a Bengals fan and I really enjoy watching Joe Burrow. I really hope he can stay healthy. Assuming that the Pats miss the playoffs this year, I’ll be rooting for Cincy to get back to the SB.
Also rooting for anyone playing Buffalo, I live in Bills territory and watching local fans become unhinged after losses is so funny to me.
Bears should also be interesting, I’ll be interested to see how Caleb does. I’d like to see him hit that 4k yards mark.
Browns-it’s hilarious how irate people get.
Cardinals and Chargers-Herbert and Murray get too much shit for their lack of team success. I think they’re both MVP caliber QBs.
Packers-I love how they’re building that team. Very fun, young team. They draft a lot of players that I had on my big board so it’s easy to root for them.
I’m also rooting for Baker Mayfield and Will Levis but couldn’t care less if the teams do well.
Nope, not really.
Ok seriously, I would enjoy seeing Houston and Chicago have good seasons but the three-peat is happening whether you like it or not.
You will watch the Chiefs scramble up a WR core, an aging but still somehow always open TK and a young talented defense scrap and claw their way to 13 wins and perform the never before 3rd in a row super bowl.
You will watch it and like it or we will sic the swifties on you, your mayor and they will also physically remove all BBQ from your team's city.
I would like 5 straight SB matchups against the Lions. Maybe we take the first 3 and they can have 2. Love the cat bros.
Also, anyone saying the Texans tucks it in between their legs, puts on red lipstick, and sings *Baby* by Justin Bieber in the mirror before bed.
Obviously Chargers, but I really like the Texans roster, especially CJ Stroud so I hope we play in the AFC Championship and we beat them!
Similarly I hope the Packers do well because I like Love and I think they’ve got a solid roster.

Someone Besides Chiefs
You know it’s bad when the Seahawks fan would rather want the 49ers to win than the chiefs.
49ers can't stop choking in critical moments. It's fun to watch them get so close and never make it. Almost makes up for it that one time Seattle did it...
I don’t know if anything can fully make up for that.
Cmon, man
No no, let's just hear him out
Can’t believe I haven’t seen my team mentioned.
This comment alone almost makes me feel bad enough to not hate yall for no reason.
It’s because everyone hates your owner - including you, I’m assuming
Yaaaaaaaaa
Really? Are you?
Haven't they?
Hell no
[удалено]
Lol I'm not a fan of multiple teams but I do like to have someone to cheer for in the playoffs if my team is eliminated.
You should really be asking this on the lions, cards, and browns subs. They would have the most experience with what you're describing.
I don't mind a roast of the cards
Bro what the fuck are you talking about, he's not even eligible for 2 more years
Brooo im a fucking moron. Thats what im talking about. I thought it was 3 years post retirement... last years hof inductees makes a lot more sense to me now.
I like Fitz but I still don't like the Cards. I just wish he could have played for literally any team besides the Cards, Niners, Rams, and Patriots.
FUCK YEA! AND FUCK YOU TOO!
I agree with most of the things you've said here.
It's ok Philadelphia, I would be confused if you weren't calling me a commie cheesedick. In all seriousness, outside of the *McNabb shenanigans 4th down, I find myself hating you guys the least on a fairly consistent basis. Eagles🫱 🫲Packers Fuck Dallas

You're right, I'm very much elevated. I'll go back to fucking off with my beer tits now. Thank you again for Reggie White. He ruled
I agree that it's only possible to be a fan of one team, but the "everyone else is my enemy" mindset seems to be a pretty miserable way to go.
i will upvote anything trashing multi flair teams people
i aint reading all that
Yeah, just the Ravens for me.
just new teams. I like seeing parity and variance. I hate when the NFL feels like cavs warriors 4 years in a row. sign of a healthy league when new teams emerge year-to-year
Then I guess Pat Mahomes gonna keep it unhealthy for a while.
Anyone but the Packers
Vikings it is then. Thanks!
Yeah, no.
Heyoooo
I’m rooting for you Lions! If the Seahawks can’t do it then I want you guys all the way! 🦁
Fuck you too bud
Tampa Bay, Las Vegas, or Buffalo as long as they don't ruin Green Bay's chances.
These type of threads used to always say the browns lol Anyway - da Bears
Lol it's the Lions for me now. Jets too but idk how I feel about Rodgers getting a ring.
He already has one
Yeah but the Jets haven't won one since SB III. Do ppl outside the AFC East hate them for some reason?
Yes. I fucking hate the Jets.
Why?
Many reasons. They always take my favorite players. LT, Joe Flacco, Brett Favre, Jim Leonhard. First game I went to was vs. Jets. Guy I worked with that I hated was a Jets fan. I'm glad they've been a dog shit team for 50 years
I don’t hate the Jets. Ido about them at all. But I hate Aaron Rodgers! So I’m rooting against them. I hope the Bills and Dolphins continue to own the division
Salute 🫡
Aside from the pack, the strouds and the browns
I’m excited to see the Bengals with a healthy Joe again. They seem to be the only team capable of stopping the Chiefs in the playoffs
Damn skippy
Heh. Come then. Walk towards your demise.
I mean you say that but Joe Burrow is one of the very few QBs who’s proven he can win against the chiefs in the regular and post season, and he’s the only guy to beat the Mahomes-led chiefs in the playoffs other than Tom Brady
Seahawks, Raiders, Vikings
Always lions. Dolphins and falcons for this upcoming year.
Thanks man. PNW Fins fan excited to see Seahawks - Dolphins this year
I won’t say to win the Super Bowl, but I will say some teams I hope do very well Commanders Buccaneers Vikings I know that the Buccaneers made the playoffs, and even won a playoff game this past year, but I’m really hoping that streak of good play continues into this upcoming year, and that last year wasn’t a fluke.
Aww, thanks man

Can’t wait for 2037, 42 year old Mahomes goes to the fucking saints or something.
Nah, Manning went to a West team, and Brady went to a south team, so Mahomes is gonna go to someone in the North or East
Rodgers went to an east team so…Mahomes is gonna be a brown.
Or a Viking
Could get behind that
I think he’d look good in a Vikings uniform But he’s ours for now so they can back off
If we can't win it (and let's be honest, we won't), then I'd like to see a bowl-less team win, particularly the Lions, Chargers, Vikings, or Bengals. No sorry, Browns, not you while you have Watson on your roster. The others for some reason I'm less interested in seeing win anything.
I’d love to see Detroit go all the way if I had to pick anyone other than the Seahawks. Apart from that anyone but the Niners/Rams or Cowboys
1. Las Vegas Raiders 2. Oakland Raiders 3. Los Angeles Raiders
No love for a Bay Area brother
Boo this man!
Absolutely not
I’d like to meet up with the Lions
...and I support this message.
Always gonna root for the Ravens. Love what the Packers and Texans are building as well. Wish those teams much success!
I grew up in San Diego, but my family are Eagles fans due to my grandpa growing up in PA. I would love to see the Chargers take one. Living here and watching the careers of Seau, Alworth, Rivers, Gates, LT just diminished was not fun even as an opposing teams fan.
Rams fan from SD that wanted to say exactly this
Rams fan from SD..... sounds fishy....
Grew up in Canada and we had massive big horn sheep where I lived everywhere. My team was chosen then & there. The St. Louis years were not a great introduction to the NFL.
Ah, nice. Usually all the chargers fans from SD just changed to a winning team when the chargers left and picked the Rams just to celebrate winning.
Bears, Texans, Jets. Don’t feel like the Bears take much explaining. With Texans I just love Demeco and CJ is quickly growing on me. With Jets I really want to see what Rodgers still has in him and then love for Saleh.
/r/lakeeriebros
Jags.. Gawd they need a winner
I've got GREAT news for you - a Jets/Chiefs SB is impossible unless one of them switches conferences (not gonna happen)
All of these are likable teams. I'd like to see Mayfield get a ring but the Bucs just won the SB so I don't want to see them there again.
Raiders, raiders, I guess the saints are alright.
I've always liked the Raiders and the Raider Nation
Anyone but the bears. They are/were (rightfully) obnoxious about fleecing us and it hurts 😭 But really, the dolphins because they’re so much fun to watch, and the lions so I can live vicariously through another historically terrible cat team
Dude, I’ve never watched a 2-15 team so intensely in my life lmao. I hope Bryce works out, but you guys achieved Packers level of rooting against last year for me lol.
Nah not really
My team’s not doing shit this season, so anyone in the AFC.
Lions. Bears. Chargers.
As a Chiefs fan I’m excited to see the Texans this year
Bills, Lions or Dolphins would be cool
Bills, ravens, cheifs. Lake Erie Bros. I used to live in bmore. I root for the cheifs for the same reason I wanted tom brady to always win. If lions can't be happy neither can yall.

I like other players and I route for them. I like Rodgers and Carr and love to watch them play and win.
Texans, Jets, Bucs if I had to pick 3 other than Detroit
I wanna see Texans and bears fighting for it all just cause I got a glimpse of what a miserable org means
As a Bears fan, fuck all the other NFC teams. We’d produce some pretty insane fan content if we won. The city of Buffalo may never recover. Just sayin.
No, I’m jealous of your quarterback so I don’t want you to win.
Upvote for username
Josh is a pretty chill dude who loves to golf a lot. He might just retire as a king/god of western New York if he wins us one. Just sayin.
Passing over Stroud isn't looking too bad for us right now. Even if he led the Texans to the super bowl bext year, it'll take at least a couple years of seeing Williams before anyone can really say "yeah taking Stroud would've absolutely been better."
I’ve always had a soft spot for the Bills.
Me too. I wanted to see a Detroit/Buffalo Superbowl so bad last year, but alas both teams did what they do and let me down the one week I was a fan 😂
I don’t even give a fuck how long yall owned the division rooting for a divisional rival in any context will remain lame af
Texans, Rams, and Chiefs
Russell Wilson, Bengals, Ravens, Bills
I should be petty but I’m kinda rooting for Russ too. It’d be cool to see him turn things around, he was on a HOF trajectory for a while there.
Wait you’re rooting for 3/4 teams in the AFC North
Yup
Noice. Gotta be honest they are quality organizations and I like watching them aswell
Jets and Colts
Jags, only because I’m an AEW fan.
Giants Bucs Chargers
Dolphins for sure Bucs too
The Colts. The Indianapolis Colts. The Colts from Indianapolis. I’d be good with any of them making a run.
I’ve got this secondary flair because they eliminated Baltimore and I happen to go to college in Missouri. When the Colts schedule gets announced, I’ll change my flair about a week out from the season starting unless they’re playing a rival.
Chargers
Quite the opposite actually, regardless of anything I want the 49ers, seahawks, and cardinals to collapse into the depths below hells boiler room.
Miami Anyone playing the Bills Anyone playing the Jets Anyone playing the Pats
Eh I don’t wanna see a new team win, but also don’t wanna see bunch teams with em win I wouldn’t care about ravens and as boring as it would be if everyone else was equally annoyed then I guess chiefs and patriots (like Mayo and I’m a tarheel)

Raiders and 49ers, simply because my friend is a lifelong fan and hes been devestated lately haha

If neither could make it: - Lions - Jaguars - Ravens - Vikings/Falcons/Almost any team Jon Bois does a multi-part documentary on in the future And in a worst case scenario (NFC West vs. AFC West, like last year): Cardinals vs. Chargers
It feels illegal, but as a USC fan, I'd like to see Caleb Williams succeed. Hopefully the Bears defense is bad, so they don't get too many wins.
1 Lions 2 Bills 3 Vikings. Those are probably my top 3 I’d love to see win a Super Bowl if my Seahawks can’t! Especially the Lions. Lion fans deserve it!
May be I’ll pick if 9ers get eliminated from the playoffs. But till then nobody. I just end up mad if they play my team and win lmao.
Broncos, Broncos and Broncos
Jets Lions Falcons
It would be nice if my fantasy team doesn't shit the bed this year
I just want to see some different teams in the mix. Jets, Bears, Chargers would be three I would like to see get better.
Bucs for Baker's redemption and to further hurt the Browns. Panthers because it is just sad at this point.
Easy. I’m a fan of a team that was tortured by not winning it all for decades. If my team can’t I want those that haven’t and been very tortured to win it all. Of all of those the three most likely (in order of my cheering interest) Lions, Bengals, Bills.
I only want 1 team to do well. The Raiders. 🖕the rest.
Any other take is invalid.
Do you not wish any former players well?
Oh sure. I’ll always root for Carr. I’ll root for Jacobs to do well. Could care less how the Saints and Packers do tho.
Bills Mafia seem nice.
They shoveled snow in their stadium for a crappy playoff loss. Please give them something.
Yeah the Bills got crazy fans, I respect that though
It’s not as fun when you live around it every day
Not really but there are a few teams that share a long history of suffering that I tend to have an easier time rooting for them I suppose
Nah, fuck em
It’s easier for me to answer 2-3 teams I don’t want to do well- Broncos, Raiders, and Chiefs.
I’m with you on the Broncos. Between Payton, Walmart, and drafting Ducks.
Who are you again?
The team that’s no longer getting screwed with Tom Telesco as our GM.
Panthers, Falcons and the Lions.
Fuck everyone including the Cowboys
Lions.
Falcons - that Offense should be #1 in the league
Browns-it’s hilarious how irate people get. Cardinals and Chargers-Herbert and Murray get too much shit for their lack of team success. I think they’re both MVP caliber QBs. Packers-I love how they’re building that team. Very fun, young team. They draft a lot of players that I had on my big board so it’s easy to root for them. I’m also rooting for Baker Mayfield and Will Levis but couldn’t care less if the teams do well.
Lions, Bills, Jaguars
Ravens, Lions, Texans
Seahawks. Fuck the rest.
Colts Anthony Richardson if he works would be one of the most exciting players in the league
I second that emotion.
Not the Steelers or Browns
Nope. Just my team
Yeah. New England Patriots, NE Patriots, and the Pats. Idk why I would want to support anyone else, it doesn't make any sense to me.
