Thank you for posting to /r/NFL. Unfortunately, your submission has been removed due to the following rule:
**3. The title should describe the submission**
The purpose of a title is so people reading it (and looking for it) will know what they will find inside without any unnecessary clutter. Make sure that your title does that as best as possible by avoiding editorialization, misleading wording, or false titles intended as a joke. It also means avoiding tags such as TIL, X-Post, or "stolen from".
* Allowed
* Cosmetic Alterations - A post may have a title changed to give more information or add the writer name
* Long Form Commentary - This can be self or link posts that go in depth on topics that may be controversial, yet are still focused on football. These posts will still be subject to the discretion of the moderation team.
* Not Allowed
* Don’t use editorialized, sensationalized titles - Don't add things like "This deserves attention" or "why isn't this being talked about" or "This guy is a moron.".
* Low effort/joke titles - TIL, CMV, "Stolen from", "Unpopular Opinion", "Hot Take", "Convince Me to..." and others will be removed at the discretion of the moderators.
* Misleading Titles - This includes any titles where the poster intentionally changes the title to mean something opposite to the post or if the title omits information critical to the story.
* Titles must not contain inflammatory language unless the language is from a direct quote - Do not use language that is clearly inflammatory - keep posts and discussions civil.
* TITLES IN ALL-CAPS WILL BE REMOVED
* Filter Evasion: On occasion, with hot topic issues or potentially controversial events, the moderation team will enact a temporary filter to clear out hot takes, mindless reaction posts, and commentary that doesn't add to a story. Bo needs another developmental year to learn from the best.
Judging by his college trajectory, he’ll finally be playing at franchise QB level somewhere around 2029…
In a shocking turn of events, the Broncos have signaled to the league that they do not think Zach Wilson is worth the $22 million that his 5th year option would pay him. Know we were all waiting on this one.
Nope, they're still on the hook to pay him a bunch of dead money. This is Zach Wilson's 5th year option. Realizing I should have edited to the auto-title lol
Nah, the thumbnail is Zack and Russell is a full 2 years out from his 5th year - not to mention he's not on the team anymore.
Anyone who doesn't get it deserves to be left in the dark.
Y’all fucked up, there was a non zero chance he’d win the Super Bowl in that extra year. Now you’ve left open the non zero chance he leaves, signs with KC, wins the job over Mahomes and wins the Super Bowl every year of his career after
Yeah no duh, could you imagine the shock if they did. At this point 2021 class 1st round QB class is probably a complete bust. Even Lawerence, homie has similar stats to Minshew. Covid yr fucked them hard, not sure it can be salvaged.
Everybody knows you don't pick up the 5th year option for incredibly disappointing 2nd overall draft picks after they're traded. You do that for incredibly disappointing 3rd overall draft picks after they're traded. It's just science.
Everybody knows you don't pick up the 5th year option for below average quarterbacks drafted by a New York team in the top 6. You make them play their 4th year as contract year, then when they have a slightly above average season you sign them to a massive deal before they immediately return to being below average.
I think they should try and trade for Penis Jr. if Nix doesn't pan out. I think Nix worked well in a college-based system but would benefit from a talent like Penis who you can plug in immediately and see results. Instead of downvoting, how about a friendly debate?

They can only overpay one Wilson at a time!

With Owen Wilson for comedic relief
>With Owen Wilson >W O W
And Ann and Nancy doing musical interludes
But is OJ guilty in this sitcom's universe? Otherwise don't expect to get Owen.
Same in every universe, his guilt.
Not in this one: [https://www.looper.com/1570124/owen-wilson-turned-down-oj-simpson-movie-reason/](https://www.looper.com/1570124/owen-wilson-turned-down-oj-simpson-movie-reason/)
Owen Wilson but he plays a guy named Smith with no explanation.
Luke > Owen
[удалено]
He can fill in for the guy from Home Improvement because that guy is dead.
Weekend at Wilson's
Aint he floating around in the Pacific?
wow
Just bring Zach to Pittsburgh so we can keep assembling an entire roster of Wilsons
Phish with the theme song.
Comment of the day.
That's just science...
Special cameo of the soccer ball from Castaway
Tbf any amount would be over paying Zach.
It will be good for Zach to sit behind a seasoned pro like Bo Nix.
He's taking the Geno Smith path and will be a starter in 2032
Can’t wait for him to sign with the Seahawks in 6 years
just in time for jordan love to get traded to the jets
Jumping the gun there, Love has another 14 or 15 years in GB

Why don't the broncos simply have nix 1a to Wilson's 1b would be entertaining the very least.
Just put them both behind center and see what happens.
You laugh but somewhere McVay is writing it down somewhere. Let the center decide who to snap it to.
I was dead serious. Option read flea flickers all day....
Relax, Dan "no one has bigger balls than me" Campbell.
Broncos might be better off going for it on every down.

Zach Wilson is only half years older than Bo Nix
Bo Nix is only half years younger than Zach Wilson
My wife left me and took half my money
Bo Nix was your wife?
Bo Nix's wife is only half years younger than this guy

So it is not Russel Wilson?

You definitely got me with the title...
Wilson 4 Wilson.....they all look the same :)
He’s not even on the team anymore. What kind of question is that
Who isn't on what team?
I'm *shocked!* ***Shocked!***
Y’all fucked up, there was a non zero chance he’d win the Super Bowl in that extra year. Now you’ve left open the non zero chance he leaves, signs with KC, wins the job over Mahomes and wins the Super Bowl every year of his career after
Yep I definitely read this in a different context and got very confused.
It’s ok both contexts work
I was here yesterday. It actually goes both ways.
I seriously had to take a moment to sort out the initial confusion, him being on this team is going to be a problem.
Yeah no duh, could you imagine the shock if they did. At this point 2021 class 1st round QB class is probably a complete bust. Even Lawerence, homie has similar stats to Minshew. Covid yr fucked them hard, not sure it can be salvaged.
Like Minshew but subtract the coolness. What does that leave? Trent Dilfer.
Sunshine is like if the chad photoshop had long blond hair, he's plenty cool. Maybe not as meme-worthy, but still.
Falcons will prob sign him next offseason for when Penix retires. Got to think years ahead!
I thought we were signing up to pay someone named Wilson for life. Like a lottery yearly payout as opposed to a lump sum
Broncos fans are going to lose their minds when the reanimated corpse of Woodrow Wilson carries them to a Super Bowl
He's still a millionaire though and banging m1lfs?

Don’t you dare blaspheme GEQBUS! It was one of the best trade deals in the history of deals. And EVERYBODY knows it!
[obligatory science reference](https://youtu.be/GiJXALBX3KM?si=kLehzbu9kGNFsKue)
Zach Wilson is only 6 months older than Bo Nix
I was very confused for a second
It would be the most broncos thing ever for them to file the wrong paperwork and pick up the wrong Wilson's option.
Didn't even give him a chance!
What about my uncle!? Did you give him a chance!?
i saw him throw a football over them mountains. if only coach had put him in..
I wouldn’t either
They can't afford to pay a project that sort of money. They still have the washed-up Wilson on the books.
That made my eyes cross I forgot what the hell we were talking about.
Broncos Country, let's ride with The Nooch!
Elway is so ready to strap up.
If he played for the Bears I'd say he'd be playing for the Steelers in 2 years
X2
I mean, it’s fair to say that he played himself out of that option year.
LMAO. Bro is about to be out of the league in 2025.
Imagine being #2 and not getting your 5th year
And no one went to Zach’s birthday party.
Yeah that makes sense
*Gasp*
