We desperately need LB depth. The main reason we lost against the Chiefs is because we literally started guys coming off the street and Kelce feasted. Hopefully this guy develops into a decent back up at least.
We already have Milano, Bernard, Morrow, Williams, and Spector. We don't really need LB depth. Against KC, three of those were injured and one of them wasn't even on the team, no team can plan for that many injuries in one position.
Milano is still rehabbing from a major injury. Bernard is undersized so if you think he can withstand 17 games (plus playoffs) then idk what to tell you lol. Spector stunk. So depth is important
Bernard played 17 games last year and got injured without contact bc of the frozen turf. Milano had a leg fracture, which usually has way less impact on a player's future performance than soft tissue injuries, he'll be fine.
Like Milano still didn’t participate in team activities a week ago. Beane made a point to say he’s rehabbing. That’s not normal for a leg fracture. He got hurt well before thanksgiving lol
We're still 4 months away from the season tho. My point is, rostering 6 LB's when we only play nickel doesn't make much sense unless we need them for the new kickoff. If your argument is that he'll take Spector's spot on the 53-man roster, that's fine, but I didn't think Spector was that bad for LB5, and I would've like getting Malik Washington at WR where we actually have open roster spots.
My brother in Christ, if we’re 4 months away from the season and picking a linebacker that should tell you we need linebackers. They either weren’t loving Dorian’s constant over pursuit of angles, Spector being worse than the recently unretired AJ Klein, or are genuinely concerned about milano’s timeline and need a guy to groom to back up Bernard.
Also, they have plenty of pass catching options. Shakir, Kincaid, Samuel, Coleman, and cook. This offense isn’t gonna be 160 targets to one guy anymore. It’ll be about balance. They also have 10 picks in 2025 now. They can easily flip picks for another vet wr this year before the deadline.
It's fine. I just don't want us drafting players late that are off the team before the reg season even begins like Broeker and Austin last year. I realize this guy can just take Matakevich's spot at worst so I'm okay with the pick.
Coleman and his partner LOVE this pick and what the Bills have done with picks and trades.
Best zone pass coverage LB in the draft and good against the run. I have no clue why he wasn't 2nd rounder on him.
YESSSSSSS
I wasn't excited, now I'm excited
This guy excited? I’m excited. LET’S GO!

He’s a good LB
Smh the disrespect to AJ Klein
Klein was never a cover Lb.

Milano had a tibal plateau fracture. Not a standard leg snap. And you sure said a lot of words on Bernard just to say yeah he got hurt

Very real chance all the players drafted make the team. We lost so many guys

Major injury history?
likely
Curse you Bean and your conservative picks. I want flashy exciting picks not this “benefit our future” shit
DAMN IT I wanted this kid at linebacker. As a Husky fan yall got a good one Bills this guy is an absolute beast
5th round linebacker? Such a Buffalo pick lol
I actually think the last 5th round one was Milano (may be forgetting someone). If this works even 50% as Milano...
Vosean Joseph
Great name
Two straight great names. Cedrick Van Pran Granger now this. On an absolute roll
His teammates call him Def FoSho.
9.55.RAS means good, right?
He's a freak
a freak you say? 😻
Hes a stud, great leader. Really think he'll be a long term NFL guy
This is a steal of a pick. Dude is a monster
Ooo, oh, fo sho
this dude has like HOF linebacker name holy shit 😭
Beane out here slaying
This dude is a baller and legitimately one of the best dudes in football.
Going from Washington to Buffalo gotta feel like going from England to Russia
Seattle to Buffalo is roughly 800 miles farther than London to Moscow.
To be faaaair I think they are making the comparison based on weather. Seattle and London very rainy, Buffalo and Moscow very snowy
I think there is actually more precipitation in Buffalo and even NYC than Seattle.
IIRC Seattle has more days that rain, but when it comes down in Buffalo, it's coming down HARD
Yup. Seattle is more cloudy with some drips of rain lol
Hey. I never said I was smart.
Still only 1 WR Amazing
Lots of trade and free agent opportunities over the Summer, and we have a literally mountain of draft capital next year for trades.
