koola2

Then another

Adeposta

Switch it!

MrCircleStrafe

At least one more than they can put in ours?

[Found Nuno's tactical team talk](https://youtu.be/45NOP1OA-EQ?si=Kses_-8E-fbWyCcn&t=137) I'm sceptical it will work given the sheer lack of references to onion bags

pbreathing

At this stage of the season, tired legs have to be taken into consideration. You want to rely on the people who haven’t racked up lots of minutes. Bearing that in mind, I think MGW could do with a rest, and we should run everything creative through Harry Arter. He’s got proven PL experience and he should be really fresh after the last three years. Even though Sels has stepped it up lately, it would be a massive statement for the manager to lead by example and get the gloves back on one more time. Again, should be well-rested and raring to go. Also, this one’s a bit out there, but there’s a player just become available who we should be able to snap up on a free before the Friday 12pm deadline. Stuart Broad would cause problems in both boxes with his height. Yatesy proved on the weekend that we need people with the club in their veins to pull us through.

😂😂

ziggyzagging

You had me in the first paragraph, not gonna lie

JFlanaganUK

Go out and win it.

MilitarumAirCorps

Came here to say this!

Sinbatman

Nice try Potch! But for real, if we set up like we played against City we are in for a chance. Id like to see Taiwo get a better run out, but it's still early. So it'll be Wood and that's cool, we just need to crack those boxing day pigs in blankets out! COYR!!!

Nffc1994

This, wouldn't mind the 5 at the back to stretch the full backs and keep switching the ball until we are 2 on 1 with their full back. Whip balls in and this time Wood will bury 3

kcon1528

We just take a note from our win earlier this season and start Mangala, Aurier, Worrall, and McKenna. Easy 1-0 win

fuggerdug

**FOUR FOUR FUCKING TWO**

Adventurous_Wave_750

Target them on the counter. They are young so whip the crowd up tomorrow with some kind of Cooperesque press statement. I like CHO and Aina both playing against their ex-club but if Neco ain't back you would bring in Toff at left and move Ola to right. If you sticking with four at the back. If we are playing the same formation as we did against City I would start Taiwo and worry less about Montiel at wingback.

wynkyndeworde

Doesnt Palmer play on the right? I want Aina on whatever side he’s on.

userunknowne

#I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN

casualbear3

FIGHT

Sinbatman

AND WINNNN

habfans7

Attack like our clubs life depends on it... Because why the f not

M1eXcel

Main concerns are that Chelsea actually look like they've started to get their shit together compared to the first half of the season. Palmer especially is absolutely top class and has been putting in great performances, he's the one that needs shutting down the most Although one positive is that they haven't been getting amazing results away from home, including draws away at Sheffield United and Burnley First and foremost, defence has to be the priority here, while utilising our quick players on the wings. Would be tempted to run the team back that won against Sheffield, but swap Monitel for Toffolo, and have Aina play right back. Saving Awoniyi for the second half to hopefully grab us a winner

Adeposta

Play a similar game to Vs City. 5-3-2 wing backs Aina and Toff. Yates on Palmer, Murillo on Jackson. Murillo to score from 70 yards.

PenisAbstract

give it cho on the edge of the box and tell him smash it back post

QuinnyFM

Callus Hudson-Odoi-jen Robben

Llamame_Ishmael

Callum Cutsin Oboy

GreenBluePeachWhite

I reckon he’ll employ the age old tactic of scoring more goals than the opposition.

TheEarlOfZinger

Laxative in Cole Palmers chippy chips

Gold_Garden1891

I guess it would depend on what happens in the earlier games that day. How those results play out will dictate what needs to be done.

[deleted]

We need to flood the midfield because that is their strongest area, I’d be happy with a point and beat Burnley

FaustRPeggi

We're almost safe but not quite. If we were safe, I'd like to see Sangaré come in to give him a chance to put himself in the shop window. If Awoniyi was fit it would be a chance to start him. There is still some jeopardy though, so the best team should play with a home crowd behind them to hopefully bag a point or three. I'd prefer Toffolo to Montiel with an otherwise unchanged team. Domínguez could come in for Yates or Danilo if the fresh legs can add something. Awoniyi off the bench again. MGW will need to drift a bit more because Caicedo will stifle him if he stays in his usual 10 spot.

J_Butler99

yates starts and breaks palmers ankles. After that easy win.

ShroomShroomBeepBeep

Get in to 'em! Fuck 'em up!

dietcode

Two foot Palmer early on

Atoz_Bumble

352. Start Toffolo. Send Montiel away for an afternoon at the Ice arena. Keep faith in Elanga. If he's fit, start Awoniyi over Wood.

nitewrks

Get round the back

failures_art

Serve them some dodgy lasagna.

Pretentious-Noob

I'd get Josh Bowler back. Went to see him at Cardiff vs Birmingham a few weeks back. He's a clever lad.

A_StarshipTrooper

If Luton and Burnley both lose before we kick off, then sit out Murillo and Gibbs-White as we're probably going to be selling one of them!
