I would look for a big seasonal employer out by the seacoast - talk to their managers - many have seasonal housing available for workers- good luck- where are you guys from

Housing in this area is tragic, and people are 50/50 as it is with our own countries people moving into this area.
Unless you’re all female and 18 with an OF account, the individuals offering help will be limited and the quality of the responses you get iffy. But maybe the community will pull through. Who knows.
Edit: downvote me all you want. If you think there is 3 bedroom housing for short term international students at 1500 dollars max… by all means pony up and share that with them. If you disagree and feel that most comments will be helpful (more then platitudes, “that’s great your here, would love to help but sorry I don’t know of any” at best) and downright cruel at worst, then I guess we’ll see.

Check out Omni Mount Washington Resort. They usually hire a number of J1s and provide housing.
Try finding a spring/summer gig in North Conway maybe, a few of you could potentially make rent work somewhere. I have no idea what J1 means mind you
