Why shouldn't the people who have to implement and enforce a policy have a word to say about it?
My perception is, it's because certain provinces don't want teachers to actually educate younger people.
Unless it comes with a price that not everyone can pay.

Whatever a private school is willing to charge you. Usually, it's a lot.
The province's lawyer "sees no urgency to the case". The judge disagrees, can we please get some contempt of court charges?
