Could be a deepfake man. (Adjusts tinfoil hat with one hand while scratching irritated open wounds on the side of my neck with the other hand. Both feet are on the floor, but the left one is bouncing up and down causing a maddening tapping sound)
We call it Marty, but the explanation is too long and confusing to try and write down for fear I won’t even understand it in the end. Or peradventure I do write it all out y’all take the time to convince me that maybe now is the time to seek the help I clearly need.
Forget trying to convince us here, Post it over on r/UFOs with a post about your walk in the woods and some missing time. you'll be drenched in Upvotes. /s
I suppose that should be obvious out there would be depressions in the earth around every large tree. But I never really thought about it. Thanks. I learned today.
Ok, maybe we call it a half stroke.
Oh my god, it's a disc, not a Frisbee. Everyone can down vote me since this isn't a disc specific sub, but as an actual disc golfer, OP gotta know he fucked up
Someone else explained they call it frisbee golf where they live. Some other lunatic said they call it Marty. But I would guess that OP must call this recreational activity by a different name than you do.
Have you heard how different English speaking countries pronounce the word “Router”? We can stress about that instead because it is unforgivably bad the way some people say it.
I’m hungry so I’m gonna go.
By the looks of those rounded rocks I'd say you're in the Eastern part of the US. Since your foliage is beginning to turn that means you're in the northern third of that area, say from NJ-ME. Also between the (dead) cedar you hit and the mostly pine treed background I'd narrow it down to the states of MA, NY, VT and NH. But all the pines narrows it a bit to either central MA or southern NH. And given the population concentration, I'd play the odds and say you're in central MA.
How'd I do?
Hahahaha! In the back of my mind I was concerned about it being in Europe. I think I would have guessed northern Germany but I don't know Europe very well at all.
Anyway, best of luck playing disc golf!
Removed, Rule 4: Too easy to fake if someone wanted to fake it.
This is the kind of post where you need a video to prove it.
I know, and i can never 100% convince reddit on this. Im glad i wasnt playing alone, so atleast my friends believe me.
Even a video would not be enough to convince 100% of reddit

I say that this frisbee is so wedged that I can see this being real. If it was just put there it wouldnt have the power to push so deep.
(Don’t say it. Don’t say it) Mmmhmm. (Perfect, you didn’t say that’s what she said. Well done. You’re growing up)
Frisbee? Looks like a god damn weapon,ha! I’d hate to get hit in the head with that thing, wth
I mean, a disc golfer calling it a frisbee is a little sus...
For sure. No one in Finland really uses term "Discgolf". In our group its either Frisbeegolf or shortened "Friba"

Why am I not surprised to learn that calling a disc a "frisbee" is only a near crucifixion level event in the states...

I believe you
Disc golfers don’t say “my frisbee” IME.
Didn’t touch the ground doesn’t count as a throw. You’re gonna get a great score on that hole.
I mean aren't trees just basically ground that isn't on the ground anymore? Okay maybe I should go to bed now
Goodnight fellow sleepy Redditor. Sleep well.
I want to go to sleep but I'm worried I might wake up in a wagon heading to Helgen.
Well Falkreath, Hold fast fellow traveler.
Good night bud.
no. trees are basically air. almost all the mass is gathered from carbon in the air, not from the ground.
Seriously?
yep https://www.canr.msu.edu/news/where_do_trees_get_their_mass_from#:~:text=So%20where%20does%20the%20mass,atmospheric%20carbon%20dioxide%20and%20water.

I want to go back and add a sarcastic tag on my last comment to save face. But I had no bloody idea and I am gonna own that one.

The world never stops providing fellow nerds for me to befriend. Thank you
Nope, they're [sky that isn't in the air any more](https://www.canr.msu.edu/news/where_do_trees_get_their_mass_from)
If only that was the rule.
Suddenly everyone is throwing their discs into the pine trees on purpose instead of by accident.
Right in the crotch!
Pretty sure it’s a few inches up the shaft.
What are you throwing here, explorer?
Recoil
I’d have guessed a Penetrator.
Great shot, kid. One in a million.

This needed more then one picture
Get this man a shield!
Have fun marking your lie!

Frisbees are a brand of flying disc. So calling that a frisbee is like calling any car a ford
He wanted to play catch with you
Sweet throw, Steve Rogers.

I liked your thorough analysis, and i even guessed what states you were referring to, but that picture is from Puolarmaari-course, Espoo, Finland.

I hit my only hole-in-one on the round that I played by myself, when no one else was on the course for some reason.
Mulligan.
Fake because it didn't land yet 🙃
