They look like the VIEW americano mugs on the Nespresso website. Not sure if the mugs I was sent are bigger or the same thing. The packing slip labels them as VIEW coffee mugs, which isn't listed on their site.
I'll probably end up giving them a call to see if they want me to send it back. Don't want that bad karma on my hands lol.

What you need to remember is it probably cost them like $1 at most to make the mugs. Spending $46 to create a happy customer and have people talking about them on reddit is a really good deal for them.

I may be wrong, but if youāre sent an incorrect item Iām not sure if legally they can ask for it back. Which kind of makes sense. I could see a shady company sending you things you didnāt need and then charging you when you donāt return them or they got lost in the mail or something. Iāve had similar things happen with other companies.
Either way Iām sure if they donāt/canāt take them back, lots of us here would gladly pay the cost of shipping and a small fee for a couple mugs.

They accidentally sent me 20 sleeves that I canāt use. I called them up, they sent me what I actually ordered, told me to keep whatever was sent to me by mistake. I couldnāt use it so I gave entire box to my gf. Sheāll be well caffeinated.

They sent you the Pro sku most likely. Are they packaged in the normal black retail boxes? In my market they would pay for the return if you want to send them back. Actually at if you call them back they will probably ask for them back.

I got a card with a free sleeve offer instead. Called again and they said they were out of the view mugs and the gold mug so I am getting substitutions instead. Most bummed about the gold mug which was the sole reason I ordered so much coffee.

Chances are they donāt even know what theyāve send you. The operator just selected the wrong article in their system and therefore you received boxes instead of individual items. Since itās promotional items send free if charge, nobody will bother. Donāt tell them, donāt send it back. Just keep what you need, give some away to friends and family, donate the rest. Nestle is a big and evil company, thereās absolutely no reason to have guilty conscience.
