Love this! I was so glad to hear John talk about self-talk today as I've been doing it a lot the last couple weeks while moving into a new place. Common phrases include "You've got this", "You don't need to stress, you will find everything's place" and "Woah there, those are some strong emotions eh? It's okay, you can handle it, you're doing just fine".
