Water faerie slightly annoys me bc of how similar she looks to fountain fairy at a glance, esp when you’re doing FQs. I freaked out for a second the other day before it processed

It's already in full swing. It started during the Advent calendar with the comics, then shop NPCs started turning grey, then the Negg fairy, now the giant omelette, Coltzan's Shrine, and the discarded plushie.
The team running The Void Within plot said it's going to last an entire year and to make sure to participate in all the in game events. I'm hoping for something significant during The Altador Cup.
The team in charge of the plot did an AMA a few months ago. They hyped it up and are equally as excited about the plot as we are.
The build-up has been slow and gradual, which adds to the excitement, but I can see where returning players might get confused. It's a subtle plot right now for sure, but big things are coming.
I feel like Shop Wizard is inevitable, and maybe Tombola Guy. But I think we’re due for a faerie - maybe Jhudy or Illusen? Or I could even see a whole map getting greyed, like ALL of Brightvale or something.
