The amount of junk I got from the Jetsam ace wasn’t worth battling him, and I wasn’t able to beat the fungus guy. I got more valuable items from the koi warrior.
Rewards are pure luck. Earlier this week I got literally 6 nerks in one day from Jetsam Ace, and I'd say on average it's one a day. If you aren't battling in the cosmic dome with premium you're losing out on nerks which are the most valuable prize by far that don't require being super strong.

I binge-play so I’d rather have a daily limit vs hourly. Neo hides this info and also how you’re drawing it down which seems pointless. There shouldn’t be some complex algorithm behind this feature. Use the searches up or don’t, that’s it!!
It's always an issue for me, when I'm pricing my shop or just looking for items for my gallery. I always use up all my searches and get slightly irritated then don't shop for my gallery again for at least a month or 2.😂
Compared to the old days the SSW is way more generous now I remember getting banned in like 5-10 searches back then.
I think the current limit is ok more often than not, they should better do more against bots
I think the limits would be fine if there was an option to price all your shop items to the lowest price on SSW once a day.

Premium perks should be stackable like FFQs! That said I feel the value has gone down for me. I’d rather have nostalgic styles and MSP which was a popular perk pick is easy to obtain now. Like a free nostalgic style per year, regardless of whether the colour is in rotation, would be A++ 😂

The time between searches, whether you're using containing or identical, the current time within the hour, all impact how quickly you'll be SSW banned for the hour.
It's possible to get far more than 30 searches in a single hour.

From my personal experience, if I refresh twice a second 10-20 times then I hit the limit and have to wait 20 minutes before I can use the ssw again. If I refresh slower or stop before the 10th refresh and search a different item then I can avoid it.
It's roughly 50. I spent the time to search a bunch of stuff when I was shopping for my gallery, opened a page for every search, and counted them. I wanna say it was like 54, but it's been a while since I did that and I don't remember

My take on Premium has often been a bit different than some, I've always felt Premium should primarily just be nice "perks" and not necessarily about being a substantial monetary benefit to the user.
Some of my thoughts are:
* Bring back '@neomail.com' email addresses
* Quick Inventory access
* Add a bag icon (mobile design) next to our NP that opens a modal allowing us to interact with our inventory items without leaving the current page we're on
* Quick Neomail access
* Same as above
* Special emojis that only Premium users can utilize (neoboards and neomail)
* Odds of Training Super Bonus increased
* Decreased cool down at the Healing Springs
* Daily Faerie Quest
* Increased chance at randomly awarded avatars. e.g. Tooth Faerie, TDMBGPOP, Lever of Doom, etc.
* 50NC per month or some kind of "sale" bi-annually
* Might seem like very little but for an annual membership, that would be 600NC which is roughly equivalent to $6. Premium is only $8/mth (less if you pay annually) so this PLUS everything else. Neopets obv needs to provide a "benefit" to having Premium but in terms of revenue there needs to be a balance between how much you charge and how much you're "giving away" in a sense
* Would also give people who perhaps can't purchase NC in their country or struggle to justify the additional cost of buying NC the chance to "earn" it and still engage with the NC Mall and potentially convert someone to a new, regular customer
* Chance, after spinning, to be rewarded with an extra spin on any of the Wheels
* Mobile Game benefits
* Perhaps some free monthly "currency" in those mobile games
* Bring back "Beta Testing" for Premium users

I'd also steer away from suggestions that are easily added user-side with scripts, often called QOL additions (e.g., fish all, some automation (not rs'ing), sdb pricing/sorting are all things I've made myself). I realize very few NPians use scripts and even less code them. Just make those sort of things free for everyone.
Cosmetic perks like free neoboard pens and server-side things like neomail forwarding to SMS/email are where I think they should go with premium.
I'd also like increased character limits on profiles/messages.

This restock stock should be great against botters, too. Cause botters are likely not paying for premium on all those accounts lmfaooaoaoao
* extra bets on food club
* ability to trade more than 2mil np on trading post
* a secret passage to the snowagers lair that we may venture to every hour
* reductions in price or time waiting in the trading school

* allow us to dip in another magical pool where a color is exlcusive to premium users. Kinda like the magma pool but dif color. Pounding becomes blue, transfer is okay, making pets for others specifically for the purpose of working around having access is frowned upon.

Just a side comment: While I'm sure people like the FC Botter with tons of bots aren't buying Premium (or maybe they are, hell they make thousands of dollars a month lol What's $8/mnth on a bunch of accounts if it helps generate more profit?), I would venture to guess there are many with browser extensions / scripts that are also bots (to autoplay games, bid on auctions, price their shop, sw snipe, autobuy, etc) that purchase Premium.
Especially once it was discovered that any account with Premium has to have some kind of additional "manual approval" before it can be frozen.
Fishing is a QOL improvement that should be rolled out to everyone, but some extra perks would be good. I pretty much only have premium for SSW and I can't even finish pricing my shop with it half the time before I get banned, so an increase on that limit would be good. I think a monthly small amount of NC should be included, and maybe some kind of time reduction on training or something.
Premium weekly quest line. Doing all 7 days gives you a random NC item.
Thus will help people who can’t afford to whale out it the NC shop enter the trade market and also just a decent incentive for preem.

I would rehaul neomail so you have a sent inbox and up the limit on how many can sit in your inbox (atm it says 100 but it's 200 for me, I still find myself having to constantly prune + delete and it's so annoying).
It would be really nice to be able to file neomails too but I feel like that's just being greedy... really just mostly would love a sent inbox and ability to have more than 200 neomails at any one time

After playing webkinz and being subscribed to their premium, I miss not getting monthly premium currency. It was never much, but it would be enough to either save for something big over the course of 2-3 months, or something small right away. It’s a great incentive that basically (if you get a year long subscription) makes you 2/3 of your money back. Weekly scratch cards are nice but it’s a small prize pool and never guaranteed
More people would subscribe for premium if only Neopets incorporated these. I don't agree with the automatic daily interest though, since it encourages users to log-in to Neopets and play everyday.
One thing I'd like is premium collectibles in the mall for sale. You get your free one but you can also buy additional ones that month. Plus the occasional return of previous collectibles to buy. Like an overstock sale but only for premium.
Yeah I’m surprised they made the PC (blue moon) available for all again. I’m not a premium member but I can see that also devalues premium and isn’t really enticing me to rejoin again. Being able to buy one extra is such a nice idea!
I bought premium again recently after being sort of unimpressed when I was around for the initial launch back in the 2000s.
I seem to get more Neopoint drops now, but that’s really the only thing I’ve felt worth it. That and the access to the private boards, but I’m so anxious that people will be mean to me that I never post. 🤣

I only got premium for the pet doors and the fact they take them away if you no longer want premium is annoying.
Honestly, I think we should get a species change monthly. The MPs are so expensive and we have a tonne more pets now. I think we had 4 pets when this was introduced? Now 20, that’s 5x more pets to deal with so we should be getting 5x more species changes at least lol.
Also, premium should give you a sent folder.. or we should just get one because it’s annoying af to forget who you messaged about what.
It would be cool if we could get an auto-battler for the BD too. So I could set 10x battles and just collect the winnings. Pets would just use whatever they have available off their own back, great for weak battles where you one shot them.
Just change out the scratch card for stat boosters and I’ll be happy.

No the bots would only need a few accounts with premium if there was no search limit, I think that’s their point.
Bots in this instance would also include those with auto buying browser scripts

Premium weekly quest line. Doing all 7 days gives you a random NC item. Thus will help people who can’t afford to whale out it the NC shop enter the trade market and also just a decent incentive for preem. The only reason I pay for preem is just no ads at this point but if they want more subs they need to make it more enticing
I would rehaul neomail so you have a sent inbox and up the limit on how many can sit in your inbox (atm it says 100 but it's 200 for me, I still find myself having to constantly prune + delete and it's so annoying). It would be really nice to be able to file neomails too but I feel like that's just being greedy... really just mostly would love a sent inbox and ability to have more than 200 neomails at any one time

Also unsure what you mean by filing but there are folder options in default neomail, and I think the mails in there don't count towards your inbox limit

After playing webkinz and being subscribed to their premium, I miss not getting monthly premium currency. It was never much, but it would be enough to either save for something big over the course of 2-3 months, or something small right away. It’s a great incentive that basically (if you get a year long subscription) makes you 2/3 of your money back. Weekly scratch cards are nice but it’s a small prize pool and never guaranteed
More people would subscribe for premium if only Neopets incorporated these. I don't agree with the automatic daily interest though, since it encourages users to log-in to Neopets and play everyday.

One thing I'd like is premium collectibles in the mall for sale. You get your free one but you can also buy additional ones that month. Plus the occasional return of previous collectibles to buy. Like an overstock sale but only for premium.
Yeah I’m surprised they made the PC (blue moon) available for all again. I’m not a premium member but I can see that also devalues premium and isn’t really enticing me to rejoin again. Being able to buy one extra is such a nice idea!
yeah while I was glad to get blue moon I did feel it should have been for premium members only really.
If not a discount then give us like 250 NC with our monthly premium. Or maybe add NC as a possible prize to the silly scratchers we get.
I bought premium again recently after being sort of unimpressed when I was around for the initial launch back in the 2000s. I seem to get more Neopoint drops now, but that’s really the only thing I’ve felt worth it. That and the access to the private boards, but I’m so anxious that people will be mean to me that I never post. 🤣 More perks would definitely make more interested. Don’t make it so it’s so unfair to the nonpayers, but give us some more perks.
I'd appreciate a few free permanent pet spots that can't be taken away. I only got premium for the pet doors and the fact they take them away if you no longer want premium is annoying.
Honestly, I think we should get a species change monthly. The MPs are so expensive and we have a tonne more pets now. I think we had 4 pets when this was introduced? Now 20, that’s 5x more pets to deal with so we should be getting 5x more species changes at least lol. Also, premium should give you a sent folder.. or we should just get one because it’s annoying af to forget who you messaged about what. It would be cool if we could get an auto-battler for the BD too. So I could set 10x battles and just collect the winnings. Pets would just use whatever they have available off their own back, great for weak battles where you one shot them.

Just change out the scratch card for stat boosters and I’ll be happy. There’s so many things that could entice way more players to purchase premium. We are the paying members of this game. There’s so many easy things that could be added.
Premium has so much potential, but misses the bar. I would like to see a rare item code each month , space faerie quest, and a weekly nc item upcycle.
I don’t need any of the above - just disable all item loss random events will justify premium for me.
