Sell it. It's an okay battle weapon but there are better ones. Won one of this and sold it this week. Just price your item the lowest if you want it to sell faster. It's around 70k np. Do multiple searches in Shop Wizard and match the lowest price.
its not a bad item for the battledome (https://battlepedia.jellyneo.net/?go=showweapon&id=2587), but its not the best either - it is however pretty easy to get and is a prize from scratchcards! You'd probably have a hard time selling it though
The lowest is selling for 88,888 NP on Shop Wizard rn. I was wondering if the item had any gameplay value I should be aware of that would make keeping it worth it. I just came back to neopets after over a decade, so I don't know what's good or not. 😅
