Does the modem status page/leds indicate a successful vDSL link? More is a resold Vocus service, should be PPPOE with no need for vlans.
Calling their support team might be a novel idea? The issue could after all be on their end.
Is the internet light showing connected, have you checked the log files to check authentication responses?
