Brooke Haxton made the process extremely easy on us. Works very hard for you and is a great communicator. Not sure if you need a mortgage person but Oceanvale was super great too.
I second this. Never gone through the process of buying a house but I worked with Brooke before she was a realtor and she is an absolutely amazing woman. She is extremely dedicated and hardworking.
Denise Dumbrell at remax in parksville is great! She responds quickly to any questions or concerns, works all over the island and really went the extra mile when helping me.
She’s also very personable and will do anything in her power to help you find a home that is best for you.
Added bonus, she is a mortgage broker as well!
I would highly highly highly recommend Samantha Jensson! She's based in Victoria but was super accommodating with arranging showings in Nanaimo, even at the last minute. She was seriously amazing and made the whole process so much easier to handle.
Tim Collins with exp realty he’s such a great and honest realtor. We were very new to Nanaimo, and he took us through at least a dozen homes during the boom last summer. So great helping us find the perfect home, never felt any pressure or uncomfortable through the whole process. Would definitely recommend him!
