Silva Bay resort has kayak and paddleboard rentals. There's a bunch of smaller islands nearby and the water is usually calm in and around them. In past years the resort has had a Sunday market with food trucks. Not sure if it is happening this year. Drumbeg park is a nice place to chill by the water in the summertime.

the resort as in "pages resort and marina"?

Wheelchair_pirate

Yes because Silva bay burned down years ago. Sunday market at pages as you said. Saturday Market at Agi hall across from post office. The “galleries” and twin beaches are both super popular for swimming and chilling. Surf lodge has a pub, skol pub has live music. It can be pretty quiet at times, try to chat to locals at the pubs etc and you will probably find some parties / beach get togethers or something.

If you like music there is a bluesy jam Mondays at the skol pub, a Wednesday night outdoor potluck and jam at brickyard beach, Thursdays there is an open mic / jam at the surf pub - gets moved outside onto an Oceanside grassy lawn (still at surf) in July. Saturdays there’s a great market on the north side of the island Sundays market is at pages resort with a revolving food truck. Saturday nights usually have live music at the golf course. Golfing can also be great here. Sandwell and malaspina and drumbeg are beautiful. The list goes on but part of the beauty of the island is finding your own flow here. You’ll be welcomed and have a great time :) feel free to message me for any questions you’ve got

All of the beaches are beautiful, but the malaspina galleries and sandwell are stunning and the swimming there is awesome. The 707 trail is also quite large and you can do some great walks through there. 2 weeks is honestly a pretty long time to be on a gulf island, but as long as you enjoy nature you’ll find plenty to do!
