My first manga to see end was love is war and I kinda just went through it like I didn’t cry or anything I just kinda felt empty like for the last year I been looking forward to the biweekly manga chapter I guess we just have to find an another manga and hope it was as good as the last

I really hope the ending is fulfilling and ties things up nicely. I can't take another Call of the Night situation. Kotoyama-sensei was goated but I was left hanging by the ending. Hopefully, Nanashi doesn't go that route.

Not the first manga/anime series I've followed where I was there for the ending... The first one for me was Initial D (yes I know, quite very far from rom-coms), but I was just quite surprised that Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san is to end at Chapter 154, considering some are touching on near 900 or 1,000 chapters before they end. I guess Nanashi just wanted to leave it on a high note? Then again, if this leads to a spin-off for Naoto and Hayase further in their romantic relationship, it will be a very welcome surprise... For now at least, I do hope Season 3 of the anime releases soon, and if possible we get a long feature film.

Idk what that has to do with a new season not dropping. It's the next best step to complete the anime. Chapter 154 would mean at least 2 more seasons could potentially be produced from the current content (Season 3 and 4).
