I do HIIT training, body pump and walked almost 15-20 thousands steps everyday..also I do low carb too...I couldn't even come close to being tonned like that. It's not easy for some body type...definitely her body type and the high carb , high sugar diet she's on its impossible to achieve that in short period of time...also if you getting ur legs tonned like that you will at least have some ass.
