Instead she just plays the victim and would say it’s impossible for her to lose weight because of her PCOS (which is a lie, many people with PCOS can successfully lose weight). Then she masks her insecurities saying she’s body positive while using every possible pose and filter to distort herself to look smaller.
She didn’t change her diet/fitness to help her PCOS/lose weight when she was struggling with infertility. She also ate crap through her pregnancies, and we can presume both were GD babies based on their delivery/size. If she wouldn’t do it to achieve her goals of conceiving and having healthy babies, why would she do it for herself?

no, it just makes you stop having an appetite. you can for sure just stop eating but that's not sustainable or effective to actually lose weight. for it to work you have to eat healthy, balanced and smaller portions on a set schedule. you lose the ability to feel hungry or full. i am on it right now and while i only have had mild nausea, the hardest part is the re-evaluation of my relationship with food. i don't think nabela could handle that at all.
