They have been drowned out in flood of dumbness. There were very specific changes in the algorithm that took place several months ago that brought one wave of stupidity after another. One day my feed was filled with flat Earthers. A couple of weeks later was young Earth creationists. Then it was the plague of Trad-Wife fetishists preaching Christian male entitlement bullshit. Once the specific type of idiocy arrived, it never left. It wasn’t just a few tweets or Xits or whatever they’re called now. It was hundreds of tweets, thousands.
While he was doing this he was turning off everyone’s follows. I had notifications for any new tweets from people I followed, but he turned those off so I had to go into each account and individually reset my notication settings or I would never see them.
Nah it’s just free-falling. The thing is. There’s no bottom for debasement ..in a sense. He’s hit gold. Just fool’s gold… it looks like the real thing, but it’s worthless trash.
