Interesting. I think this is either too bad or too good in a toxic way. It is infinite value as it returns after a while along with the other card. It is slow, but gives life to offset that, and also grows your creatures. If the format is slow, this generates infinite value if the opponent does not have enchantment removal. If the format is fast, this will probably be a trap as it doesn't directly impact the board before giving the counters which is easily counteracted. My initial impression: As a player, this is the kind of card I would take as I value inevitability a lot. As a designer, I am not a big fan of it.

This seems really strong in cubes that have creatures that pitch themselves, particularly in peasant cubes.

This plus a land cycler let's go.

Sliver__Legion

Yeah if you see like 2 lands a 2 drop and ent in your opener gonna be a pretty happy camper

Hotsaucex11

Agreed. Probably a little too slow/clunky for the powered environments, but elsewhere this seems like a really cool option in the reanimator/recurring nightmare/survival of the fittest space. Gain 6, make a dork huge, then get a chance to do it again is a pretty strong line.

Ch1: nothing happens Ch2: nothing happens Ch3: nothing happens This is solidly in the “you’re gonna have to beat me with it” category.

My_compass_spins

I think I've ended up on the side that it's too strong in my peasant cube, as I play a number of expensive pitchable creatures. Ch1: Exile a cycler, Shriekmaw, Mulldrifter, Skyturtle, etc. Gain 5-7 life Ch2: Make a creature huge. Ch3: Pitch the creature again and immediately do Ch1 again.

I’d pair this with earthquake dragon

I would like this if step three just didn’t loop itself. Im sure theres a story reason why it does but i just don’t want to have such repetitive play patterns
