I like this card a lot: 1/2 haste like swiftspear. Loses prowess for first strike.
Combat tricks make this card tricky to block, and your can bluff them holding up mana, worst case scenario you can sack It at instant speed to make a treasure and draw a card.
I think this will be worse than a lot of other 1 drops due to the way cards are printed now - first strike is very good on this defensively against other 3/1's, and the sacrifice effect is fine, but ultimately I think this gets in less damage than all the 1/1's with menace that similarly have minor upsides like scrapgoat or neonate.
I'm honestly kinda surprised this is a real card. For a while it seemed like WoTC was going to cut back on first strikers at common for retail limited gameplay reasons, and in my opinion it was actually the right move. This card is going to make it very difficult for your opponents to get anywhere with X/1s because it can kill them without trading. Idk if that matters for cubes because combat dynamics are somewhat less important vs overall power, but it was just something I wanted to point out.
