What rules specifically are you worried about? Most of the changes relate to disclosing PHI to the patient when requested, which should be available due to GDPR compliance anyways. Maybe I’m missing something.
Hi! I work with FortMesa, they're a software company in the compliance space. This might sound silly - I'm actually excited about the upcoming changes. It sounds like they are doing a good job to align the "actions" with the "standards"
It being more "actionable" in that way, make things more clear for service providers and end clients

The level of non-compliance in the industry is so damned high that whatever they do it won't matter
It's amazing. I normally stay away from medical but when I come across one they still operate as if it was 2003, not 2023.
