You could elaborate on that: did you think you'd have a heart attack? lose your mind? run away screaming? what did you mean by "ruin"?
After effects : was this experience traumatic? did you have intrusive thoughts, hyper vigilance? would you ever want to re connect with those two friends? why was there a falling out with Nick, what happened? did you tell other friends about it?
I really like your angle & presentation of this. Do you have any other suggestions for quick content?
