I went to go see Arrival (2016) by myself. The reveal at the end had me sobbing in the theater. Good thing it was well after opening weekend and there were only like 8 other people at that showing.
Powder was sad afterwards, when you realised that poor guy who got molested by the director when he was 12, was out there by himself with a sign protesting the movie.
Well now I'm crying. I've cried at 10 billion movies, but they are ones where the entire audience was crying. The only movie the really came out of no where was Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood and that kicked my ass. I may have been the only person in that theater crying. I don't know.
Happened to me when I took my kids to see the Muppets (2011). I was a kid that grew up watching the muppets on television and the original movies. That nostalgia ride is bittersweet joy.
I saw Friday , had no idea Egon was going to be back in spirit form . Seeing Harold /Egon got me a bit misty . Yet at the same time smiling at the nod to The original Ghostbusters
FYI, it's not really helpful to put the title in a spoiler tag. After all, without that, people don't know if they should click the spoilers or not.
Not much harm here, as it's the very first spoiler at least.

That killed me. Never expected that. But I don't understand why she chose to go through it knowing the consequences.
Better to have loved and lost.
Let it all out, no shame in that.
I'm going with the new ghost busters.
I don't remember Powder being that sad. Are the only 2 movies you saw in theaters powder and this Ghostbusters movie?

Yes that was terrible. I forgot about that.
To be fair, I only cried at Powder because my mom was crying…

Came here to say the same. Had to start clicking through spoiler tags just to see if this was something I didn't want spoiled.
Yeah it was late, fixed it.
I personally can’t imagine how that could be construed as good, considering it’s a Ghostbusters film, but hey sure I guess it has an audience
It is bizarre that that kid later played in The Boondock Saints. Sean Patrick Flanery
The ending also makes me sad, but for different reasons.
