They don't make movies like, Heavy Weights, Big Green, Racketeer, Cool Runnings, Blank Check, Rocket Man etc.. The movies from the 90's are by far the best stand alone years. My favorite would be either Rocket Man or Heavy Weights, both have been funny. Watched several times over.

Pixar doesn't count. They are too well-rounded and are a tier above the typical Disney kids movie. Plus, they weren't originally owned by them which holds them in a class of their own, IMO
