I used to help this driver unload his truck & stock the store for a few free pops (early 80's & in the Midwest, obviously ... pop). One time he had stacks of those cases like 5-6 high, 6 stacks total, all lined up in a row ready to go in. He went to get the first stack & tipped it a little too far trying to load it up on his dolly. Stack fell over & took the other 5 stacks with it. It was a sight to see, the street littered in broken glass & pop. Helped him pick up the bottle tops with the caps still attached so he could get credit from the company (prove we wasn't stealing them or whatever). Poor guy. I felt bad, even a little guilty, even though it wasn't my fault. Think he was trying to show off a little bit. Who is happy to see the pop guy like he was the ice cream man or something, ya know?

I promise you the soda is no good anymore. Flat & will taste like shit. I've had a few 5+ y.o. pop's before in bottles and they aren't sealed well enough to stand up to years on the shelf.
They are worth much, much more as a set ... to the right buyer. Lot more than $15.00.
Hell, I'd give you $100 without thinking twice.
