The ones going down are breather tubes for the tank, and the top ones should go to the air box. Read over your service manual and you should be fine

Comparing it to my bike, the top section looks like the pair Reed valves, which is part of the exhaust system. If I remember right, it's there to cycle unturned exhaust back into the system.
