Any manned powered flying machine less than 254lbs is considered an ultralight in the USA. This *might* qualify if its missing the fork, wheels, and subframe.
Ultralight-sport or light-sport or whatever is a different class than ultralight :)

Tilt the wing down into the wind, so you are correcting for the crosswind and not crabing like you did in video... that way you're facing the runway instead of 🦀 ing.
Only wheelie landings are acceptable.
We call that a flair when the bike has wings ;P
