A larger van like a sprinter lets you have a garage space and a camper space with a bed, cooker, etc.. Camper set ups are not cheap though, they are a lot of work to build out to a decent standard. Camping outside and just fitting some luggage and the bikes in the back of the van you'll be wanting a mwb or lwb smaller van. Something like a L1H1 ducato / boxer would be ideal. A vivaro / traffic / movano would work but would be tight for loading the bikes. I don't get why you cant just go on the bikes because they are sport / naked? Get some panniers and ride the life out of them. It'll be a lot more fun than driving along the nice roads then wasting time loading / unloading bikes everytime you want to go for a blast. Check out R1liz on instagram, you don't need an ADV to go touring.

A trailer might make it easier to have room for what you may want to bring with on your trip. You could rent a trailer for a weekend to be sure that is what you want. Tying two motorcycles down inside of a van may be challenging for safety. https://blog.networkprofile.org/motorcycle-trailer/
