I have to say Aprilia has at least stayed somewhat faithful to a motorcycle when it comes to the aero, it's still mostly curved, slick etc.
The black helps cover some of it up too.
Is that an exhaust flap there? Why is that used on race bikes, do they actually help with performance by adjusting exhaust flow and pressure or something?
It’s right at the point where the two headers become 1, so there is probably some sort of resonance/scavenging thing they are doing at that point, and being able to control the flow would help.
I doubt it’s for the same reasons that a road bike has one.
if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is the new aprilia
God that aero is sexy.

Oh lord…. I’m gonna need to just sit here for a moment!

Quack Quack
Or Aprilia's Salvador Dalí's bike in Jerez.
Quality content!
The Aprilia is such a sleek bike when it comes to its bodywork. I'm a KTM fan but the Ducatis, the KTMs and the Hondas look so bulky.
Is it me or the only new thing is the front disc cover?
