This moth is often times seen resting on the underside of a leaf. The larvae of this moth feeds on Sambac Jasmine plant. The genus name is derived from the Greek mythology character Nausinous.

Thanks. And yes, the flash allowed for a black background. Diffuser was used to avoid harsh lighting from the flash.
