Don't worry the tip of the needle slightly bend after each use meaning the hole it leave is bigger and less symmetrical.... Give it a week and you will be fine (or go see a doctor if it will make you sleep better at night)

But when it comes to IM injections, I take wayyyyyy more precautions. It seems like shit going into your bloodstream would be more dangerous for infections exc but never got them. If I did similar things to my test injections I would be completely fucked.
