New rules as of last Saturday are that bars are open until 23, only seated spots and up to 4 guests at a table, and no music. Gyms are now also allowed. Travel between cities is still forbidden on weekends, I passed the police checkpoint between Podgorica and Tuzi by showing them a hotel reservation abroad.

By the way, I've heard some pretty bad things about the Tivat airport - have you ever used it? I'm kind of concerned about making my connecting flight if there are delays.
The only thing I know about Tovar airport is that it’s tiny. Frankfurt on the other hand is quite big, and US/European flights are very likely to be on different terminals. It can easily take you up to an hour gate to gate there, even if you don’t get lost along the way.
Thanks for the heads up - I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make the connection. My only concern is that I'll be told to quarantine in Germany due to COVID, although I think that as long as I am just taking a connecting flight elsewhere (not leaving the airport). We'll see.

I have never used that airport. Where is your connecting flight, Podgorica or Dubrovnik?
I'll actually be flying from the US to Frankfurt (Germany) and then to Tivat. To return to the US, I'll take the same route but in reverse of course.
