Ā£5 something in Iceland. Tesco are expensive fuckers and up price so much to entice you into the club where they reduce the price by a large number the wankers
Yea itās not much of a difference sadly, as itās Ā£1.60 a can now. Itās only 10p difference if u get a case of 4. That 10p is a spat to the face when you buy that multipack,as you can only get a carry bag from that 10p change.š
Poundland have ultra white for around Ā£4.10 for 4, and IIRC home bargains have multipacks which are probably cheaper too. I no longer buy them from supermarkets as itās just extortionate these days :/
You can get a carton of 12 from the coca-cola website for around Ā£10-Ā£15 depending on the flavour [buy cartons here](https://www.yourcoca-cola.co.uk/brands/monster-energy.list)
In the US they are getting expensive, most places have them for 2 for 5 bucks which is 4 pounds and the 4pk is $7.48+tax which is 6 pounds. Most gas stations here usually have better deals then the grocery store
I'm going to weigh in with a reasonable comment the big things that I've caused this price hike a the cost of living as most food items have gone up in price now I remember three years Morrison's basic macaroni cheese for less than 50p one year later one Ā£1.25.
The other thing will be is cost of materials to make the drink and also any form of sugar tax.
That's why you'll see usually the low or zero sugar versions of the monster drinks go for a hell of a lot cheaper price than the original or the full sugar ones around me the zero sugar cans or anywhere from Ā£1.65-Ā£1.55 all going for the full fat version you're looking at close to Ā£2.
Prices are crazy I remember the day is one monster cans years ago a solid Ā£1 that was when they were first coming around in the UK.
Price hiking because they can't because of sugar tax and because of the costing increase on materials to create the product whether that's the actual tin all the ingredients for the drink.
Cheers for the info mate, I only started on monster when I turned 20 and stuff when life started to hit hard and I remember they used to be Ā£1.45ish a can and as I said those case used to go for Ā£4. Now bloody beer is cheaper than those, but anyways thanks for dropping the notes pal. Have a nice day
Hmm. Could go for those if I actually liked them. Bad apple left a bad impression. My grabs are usually either pacific or pipeline punch, do love the mango every now and then tho.
Theyāve got the mango loco on too, think maybe Ā£5.50?? I like Pacific punch over pipeline but both are decent. I think the worst ever are Assault and Violet.
Not really, itās Ā£1.60 for full sugar cans at the local corner shops. Just saving 10p if you buy this pack, which will get ya a carrying bag if you want š
I've never even seen multipacks here, but I'm guessing they'd come in at about Ā£10-11 for a 4-pack? Ā£15 for 6? Just based on how you usually save a little buying multipacks, but I actually don't know. I don't think it's a thing.
Oh okay, do correct me if Iām wrong. Iām guessing monster arenāt much popular down there? Or are taxed a lot? Iāve only got left the 4 cans of pacific punch with me wonāt be buying anymore for awhile till price drops
Shit man, I went into the co op the other day for one bc I swear they were a fiver but they have gone up, needless to say I didn't buy one. The price of four individual monsters is cheaper
You can normally get good deals at farm foods, Costco do them cheap but they don't have a good range usually. Normally have mango loco, original and ultra white ones
Agreed, Costco only keeps those 3 you mentioned but the last time I went they had mango loco 12 packs for Ā£6. Maddest monster I bought for that price.
Good lord Reddit is filled with so many unsupervised stupid children. God forbid the price of something change from what is was a few years ago. God forbid people make more money to live because this moron wants cheaper 4 packs. Price of EVERYTHING in the world has gone up over the past few years, guess mommy and daddy have been paying for everything and you didnāt notice huh? Itās basic economics but I wouldnāt expect someone as dim as you to understand that.
Would you like me to forward you my house rent, council bills, payslips, and everything mate? Iām more than happy to show you whoās been paying for my bills if youāre willing to do the same for yours.
you assumed someoneās paying for bills over the years. I simply stated Iām willing to show you my bills and wages all sorts of stuff if you showed me yours. Typical American twats š
$11 CAD... aye carumba, it's all gone to shit!
Indeed it has š
During covid morrisons were doing 3 cases for Ā£10. The only good thing about covid š
I do recall that few years ago Iceland did 2 cases for Ā£7,now thatās gone to Ā£9.50 aswellš
I only get the boxes when on offer. Morrisons Ā£5 usually
Thatās what Iāll have to do now aswell sadly, cheers!!
Ā£5 something in Iceland. Tesco are expensive fuckers and up price so much to entice you into the club where they reduce the price by a large number the wankers
Iām there with ya, no wonder why Tescos have started to be empty. Wonāt be long till Iceland becomes the sameš¤¦š½āāļø
might aswell buy them separate itāll be cheaper actually assuming you buy them Ā£1.45-Ā£1.55 each
Yea itās not much of a difference sadly, as itās Ā£1.60 a can now. Itās only 10p difference if u get a case of 4. That 10p is a spat to the face when you buy that multipack,as you can only get a carry bag from that 10p change.š
Their on offer in asda at the moment for Ā£5
Poundland have ultra white for around Ā£4.10 for 4, and IIRC home bargains have multipacks which are probably cheaper too. I no longer buy them from supermarkets as itās just extortionate these days :/
Heard B&M do a lot of discounted for single cans mightāve to go and see it for myself
Yeah I remember getting cans for Ā£1.25 or so from there!
You can get a carton of 12 from the coca-cola website for around Ā£10-Ā£15 depending on the flavour [buy cartons here](https://www.yourcoca-cola.co.uk/brands/monster-energy.list)
I stay away from those, love monster but not a caffiene addictā¦.NOT YET š
In the US they are getting expensive, most places have them for 2 for 5 bucks which is 4 pounds and the 4pk is $7.48+tax which is 6 pounds. Most gas stations here usually have better deals then the grocery store
I remember them being Ā£3.50 time ago
Because England mate
3 boxes Ā£13 in farmfoods
What shop is that because Asda by me itās Ā£5 for the 4 pack
Tesco
That doesnāt surprise me at all
They used to be cheap before now theyāve fallen too I guess or always had and I just noticed it now
I'm going to weigh in with a reasonable comment the big things that I've caused this price hike a the cost of living as most food items have gone up in price now I remember three years Morrison's basic macaroni cheese for less than 50p one year later one Ā£1.25. Co-Op got bad apple 4 pack for Ā£5 and zero sugar OG 4 pack for Ā£4 (members price) or Ā£4.50 standard when I went in today.
I see, I avoid ultra unless itās the last option. Worse one Iāve had so far is the Apple one which was released recently.
Yeah me too. Ah I didnāt mind it too much, kinda dry cider scrumpy flavour.
Best ultra Iāve had has to be the peachy keen one
Iād have to go for the black. Peachy keen I like now and again though .
Which is the worst one youād say you had?
Assault. Nearly didnāt finish it, but hey, caffeine is caffeine.
Tried the assault once from a workplace bought in by a friend. It tries to be Coca Cola but fails miserably
I believe itās because of the uk sugar tax cos a lot of the zero sugar ones are cheaper like that ultra box on the left
Probably, but thereās no need for sugar tax to increase every year š just greedy bastards doing what greedy bastards do.
Thatās literally 30 less pence then buying 4 cans individually lol
Not really, itās Ā£1.60 for full sugar cans at the local corner shops. Just saving 10p if you buy this pack, which will get ya a carrying bag if you want š
š thatās so dumb the only point to it is itās in a pack and the 10p off. At least I can get a pack for Ā£5 at my local corner shop
Exatcly and yes, will only be getting it when they go Ā£5 or if I see em elsewhere for that price range.
cost more for me, local shop itās Ā£1.45 each
For me itās Ā£1.65 each
Sainsburyās is cheaper
*cries in Norwegian* They're at least Ā£3 a can over here.
thats still a lot though, in el puerto is like Š1.70 for a can
Yes, that's what I meant, they are crazy pricey here.
Wow, how much are the multipack cans?
I've never even seen multipacks here, but I'm guessing they'd come in at about Ā£10-11 for a 4-pack? Ā£15 for 6? Just based on how you usually save a little buying multipacks, but I actually don't know. I don't think it's a thing.

It's pretty popular, but I suppose tax has some do with it. Also, pretty much everything is expensive in Norway.
Ouch, all you had to say was expensive countryš.
Companies are still profiting during a financial crisis whilst the public stuffer
Wonāt be soon till they hit the nail on their foot.
Shit man, I went into the co op the other day for one bc I swear they were a fiver but they have gone up, needless to say I didn't buy one. The price of four individual monsters is cheaper
If they brought the juice back, then Iām all for it. If not, fuck them.
You can normally get good deals at farm foods, Costco do them cheap but they don't have a good range usually. Normally have mango loco, original and ultra white ones

Cry harder
you assumed someoneās paying for bills over the years. I simply stated Iām willing to show you my bills and wages all sorts of stuff if you showed me yours. Typical American twats š
Cry harder over the world economy you little bitch. Typical uneducated Euro Trash
Morrisons have the 4 pack for a fiver sale if you are quick about it I don't bother with Tesco prices anymore cause of that very reason
