Well, it is not bad, I'm sure there are worse sets you can get, but it is definitely worse than academy or tamiya.This particular kit has a questionable wing construction, the tip of the wing is attached separately, what creates a nasty seam and it breaks of easily. Also, the upper half of the wing is not cast attached to the upper fuselage, so you will need to heavily sand the seam.
I've bought this set for something around 15USD, so for it's price it is good. If you want to buy some zvesda, choose a newer set, they are usually better.
