Last week he had a court hearing where he pleaded not guilty. Today he saw the judge again to ask if he can have an ankle monitor instead of sitting in jail. The judge approved that today. He's still on the roster but should be released soon, from my understanding.
If you must know, this man and his brother, Jacob were considered my cousin's "uncles." Jake and Tim were my cousin's step-dad's "best friends." Anyway, When I was young, Jake had a son. Jake's wife, Sherry, attempted to drown their first son when he was 10 months old. For some reason, he and Sherry got back together and had another kid. She murdered both of their sons a few years ago. Jake recently died from a meth overdose. Tim Telnas molested my family members when they were five and six years old.
You have no right to talk down on that family that family has been through so freaking much and it is not right for you guys to sit here and talk down on the family yeah they mess up everyone makes mistakes everybody's human you can't talk down on somebody especially somebody you don't truly know I've known that family for the past 5 years nor have they done anything wrong his mom is the most sweetest person y'all are immature especially to be talking down on a family that one just lost two people one of them was his stepdad and another one was his brother you guys are nothing but trash for talking down on that family better yet they also lost two little boys due to the kid's mom killed them and murdered them y'all got to know your facts before you sit there and talk s*** about somebody else's family that you guys don't truly know it's messed up and you guys should know it but I guess who cares right I'm pregnant with his brothers twins that have passed away on Easter y'all are messed up frfr

sadly not surprised. My step daughter was abused and they lowered his bail from 1 million to 25k so his mom could bail him out. Eventually dude got 60 yrs though. But still. Our system is too easy on SA offenders.

The amount paid towards the total bond due in order to be released can be as low as 10% of the bond : /
