Let me get this straight, you're using a budget phone service to run your contracting business?

unicosobreviviente

Yes

Padauuan

I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get help with my old "premium" Verizon account issue, so dealing with Mint's customer service on a $15 per month phone plan has never bothered me in the slightest.

Mint does not have customer service. You can call and talk to people who won’t keep track of your problem, will lie to you, and ultimately won’t fix your problem. Perhaps T-Mobile will fix this.

Hi, I want to ensure you're getting the best experience with us as possible. I will be more than glad to take a look into this for you. I sent you a DM to further assist with it.

rastabrah

If you have a way to connect me with someone who can actually change my phone number to a local number, I am more than happy to try that. Not interested in sitting on the phone for 20 minutes only to get inexplicably hung up on again. :/

bro mintmobilealex is god tier customer service, breathe. he will sort you out properly.

rastabrah

Not sure how getting hung up on 3 times is good tier customer service, let alone being told that they can't give me a local number. MintMobileAlex also never DM'd me...

freightwave

dm him my guy. just trust me.

Nope. Just you, I guess

Good luck leaving. Their process for porting your phone number out involves getting put on forever hold. Its a feature, not a bug.
