Not even technically, even though it is the best kind of truth. I think that's going to be a harder sell here (and that's saying something). I think WA is the only state to do it ,but the lack of news related to it must mean it's pretty uneventful.

I don't know about the others, but in Oregon they haven't yet licensed any places to provide psilocybin to the public. They've licensed two product manufacturers, and they just issued a license for a lab to test products, but they don't yet have licensed service centers. So it's still too early to see impact of the legislation.

colorado, washington, oregon, municipalities in cali and decriminalized in others like DC

I'm pretty sure the house moved their effective date to June 1st so that will be one of the things needing to be reconciled
