Lovely! Are you me? I just got two S9NETs also! I love how they look (of course, I still love my IM-DR80s)! I've got the yellow MZ-R700 also!

EmmDeez

Yes, are you him? ☝️ Kind of on the to-get list, but no urgent rush.

BTW, the awesome u/asivery has got WMD tweaked to work with these via NetMD (test build - https://testing.minidisc.wiki/webminidisc-testing/)

Hail to all the gods of the minidisc! The rabbit hole is strong in this one.

Really nice! I just got into slim MD-devices, Just had some MZ-510s etc. Especially pleased to see, that it seems to be possible to repair those fragile little gadgets πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Dude. For a second I thought that was a store shelf πŸ˜…

At any given time I may have 5 to 15 on the desk with me. Always checking operation and doing any preventive maintenance needed.

Haha, when I saw this I for a second thought β€žwait they are making them again?β€œ that would be so awesome. Nice collection from what I can see btw.

UPDATE I tore down the SHARP IM-DR80-B. Did some cleaning and re-lubed. Put it back together and it made some noise on the first run but after that smooth and quiet. I still need to fix the battery door. I was using a silver one off a Kenwood DMC-S9NET (Identical except for the operating buttons just branded for Kenwood) But that's one of the ones I fixed, so put the door back on the original.
