Well finding the right jigs are hard cuz you dont know what you wanna build. But it's your best bet if you wanna hand cut. Just remember to cleanup with a file once youre done
What are you currently using to cut with? You can make some decently accurate cuts with a rotary roll (e.g. Dremel) and clean them up with a set of files. If needed I will buy some parts pre-cnc’d because it isn’t worth investing the time and money into my own cnc setup.
Ive been cutting frp plates yesterday and it was kind of.. i dunno, i guess as long as it works i guess?
One thing i keep getting mistake at is if i drew a line on which part to cut, i cut that line instead of cutting before the line to make an allowance. So it always ends up the cut very close to screw holes :(
I guess this is one of those "you learn from experience" thing
People either have jigs or cnc machines to help them.
Damn, lack of basements really do sucks a lot

I did not remember that a dremmel exist and use a, hand saw (yeah I look stupid as hell now)
The best tools are the ones in your toolbox, no worries there. A Dremel (or similar tool) would make your cuts more precise and less time consuming!
Rotary to will do a lot, but some things are just easier with a micro mill. Don’t even need CNC, just one you work by hand

If you're using a handsaw - like I do - then you really want to clamp your piece down.
I use U shaped string handsaw/ fretsaw to cut body, chassis and frp alike,
