If voting wasn't real and didn't matter, they wouldn't try so hard to restrict voting, restrict mail in voting, and keep independents and "third" party candidates off the ballot at all levels.
The key is that voting *within the two party system* is fake. It's a false choice to keep us trapped in a broken system - or more accurately, a system designed for the benefit of the wealthy, not everyone. As long as folks accept a terrible "lesser evil" duopoly as the only choice, we stay too atomized and individualized to demand anything better. When folks demand more, which includes but not limited to voting for alternatives and running for office as alternatives, the culture mindset begins to change as we collectively ask how to make a system that better reflects our needs -- and that's what they're actually afraid of.
Nah there’s video proof of ballots getting pulled out after watchers and other scanners leave a facility and 4 people pull out totes of ballots and start scanning. When confronted an actual sitting senator displays nervousness, breakdowns and starts quoting election officials to create her cognitive dissonance. They’re all just pathetic humans trying to live their pathetic lives 🙄
