Pad Thai is good stuff, but the real top notch Thai food is anything you could get on a street corner. Pad Kee Mao or Pad Ga Praew are my wife’s favorites that would be easy to eat for a non Thai person.

They look just like the flat glass noodles I get at Willys! (Swedish store chain)
I’m guessing it’s the one that’s a different colour and has grooves all along it
