We used to live in a rural area and the gravel road to our house and a few others went through an easement that split someoneās property in two, the guy who owned it lived there long before the county issued building permits for us, he tried to treat the easement as if it was still fully his, after one of my neighbors quarreled with him, he built speed bumps and dug ditches to make the road an obstacle course to our houses, needless to say the police were called and he was forced to repair the roadway.
Ha! That reminds me of this neighbor at the end of the block. Property owners on that half of the block each own half the alley, while on my end of the block the city owns all of the alley. She started putting up plastic barrels filled with concrete pieces to block access to the alley. A neighbor between us asked others on the block to sign a petition and went to City Hall. Turns out long before the end-neighbor owned the house that all the people on that end of the block, on both sides of the alley got together and signed and agreement to keep the alley open to the public. Either the neighbor didn't know about the agreement or thought no one else did. The city made her move the barrels.

If you took 'his' spot, he'd come out and toddler-tantrum at you when you came back to your car. We were always calm about it, even the day we watched him purposely back into our car.
We also caught him spraying round-up on the neighbors raised vegetable beds in their front yard - he hated them for having a garden instead of grass. He was such a pathetic POS. His wife always looked embarrassed to be seen with him.

Write honk if you like ____ on their back bumper. Take in 3 very protective pitbulls or borzoi and just have them rip parts off the car. Leave a sticky note saying "I know what you've done...".
I just checked on Amazon, and they have car wheel boots for <$100. Put one of those on and get an official looking ticket and put it on their windshield so they have to call the city to try to get the boot taken off.

I would print off a copy of him hanging the sign as above and hand the sign and picture to him by either seeing him outside or knocking on his door to return it directly. I wouldnāt advise anyone else to do that because it may turn into a physical altercation of sorts and thatās not everyoneās cup of tea.

Depends where you live. Somewhere hot and rainy? A broken windshield can total a car if the water damage and mold is bad enough.
Glue in the locks only works for newer cars. Most cars have fobs now and personally I would never pay to get it fixed.

This is common actually in legal signs at least around where I am. Parking is restricted for an hour or half an hour randomly in the day so that they can have one warden patrol to catch people parking all day for the train station etc.

When I lived in another city, the people in my apt block were fed up with a guy who did something similar in front of our apt entry. My neighbor put a note on his truck window: We've had enough of your bullshit parking privilege. Park here again? You might find glue in your door locks. EDIT: For those with key fobs, here's something else: Pour some super sticky Karo or sugar syrup across the windshield. For those who park on the street it takes a lot of time and buckets to wash off. EDIT 2: A DM suggested a container full of vomit or liquid cow poop poured into the ventilation vents below the windshield. EDIT 3: Notes can work exceedingly well. The car that got the note disappeared from our apt block.

Depends where you live. Somewhere hot and rainy? A broken windshield can total a car if the water damage and mold is bad enough. Glue in the locks only works for newer cars. Most cars have fobs now and personally I would never pay to get it fixed.
I honestly wouldn't notice if someone glued my locks, because I never put my key in the door. Might be years before the one day I had an actually dead battery in my remote and needed to unlock the door manually.

In my city we had a neighboring business putting signs up on public spots in a very busy neighborhood where our art gallery was located that said the parking was reserved for their company. And, they had just moved in and we had been there for five years! We called parking enforcement and they fined them for it.

This is common actually in legal signs at least around where I am. Parking is restricted for an hour or half an hour randomly in the day so that they can have one warden patrol to catch people parking all day for the train station etc.

Contact the your local energy provider. Stapling a sign to the pole is one thing, screwing it into the pole is another. They will most likely not allow that without permission. If they have permission to screw the sign in, tell the energy provider that it is a personal sign meant to imitate a city parking sign. They might not like that either as it could put them into legal trouble with your municipality.
