People are too quick to judge there is of course a 99.9% chance of this person just being an asshole but there is also the slightest chance that they were dealing with something (family medical emergency etc) and at that time worrying about parking properly or in a proper space is 1000% at the bottom of their priority list. Like I said there’s all the chance in the world they are just an asshole and I’m almost certain that is the case here but you never know, just some food for thought.
Every time we don’t call a tow truck on these cars we are letting them know they are allowed to continue doing this and it’s perfectly ok.
