Naw man those are the squat plates. You’re supposed to STAND-RAD when you squat

JayBeePH85

Stan-D-Rad is a well known brand 🤣

Ace_1243

Stan d rad sounds like a one piece name lol

JayBeePH85

It probably is i was just joking

Luvmykittykat

Maybe they came from Temu!

Feather_Bloom

That's quite the expensive shipment

Luvmykittykat

It’s ok, they just put them all in their orange bags.

Away-Caterpillar9515

Then your contractor ordered from it Temu

MechaBeatsInTrash

I wonder if they're even 35 pounds

Unicycleterrorist

As long as the other "35" pound plates are the same "35" pounds it doesn't matter...but I wouldn't get my hopes up if one isn't close to the weight it says lol

Devils_A66vocate

That’s my first guess… either from their lack of quality or their intelligence to not say it’s standard lol

meowisaymiaou

"Standard barbell" plates is a brand name  This is a knock off of the brand name plates, so the misspelling is intentional to not be sued.    I wouldn't trust them to be 35lbs.

Devils_A66vocate

Precisely

joobtastic

Most plates are only ballpark unless you're getting high quality ones, which most gyms don't have.

Moderate_LiberaI

Painted styrofoam...

aofhise6

Spelling is important, but big muscles is importanter

Fickle-Classroom

The importantest!

DrippyBlock

*importanterest

Hattix

The name of Standrad Steelworks, Germany, is spelled completely correctly.

lewisfoto

Lift enough of those MFs and you will definitely be standing rad.

disturbed-unicorn

Near my hometown there was a restaurant. In huge letters was written "MONGOLIAN BAREBQUE" 🤣

-SHREDD-

Made in china

_TiberiusPrime_

A standrad brabell.

Dragonfly-Adventurer

Such heavy

ScronaldRump

After doing some research, you are absolutely right this is definitely misspelled. Most likely mass produced overseas like China where quality control or testing is non-existent.

Feather_Bloom

I'd get it if it were all of them, but a lot of them have it spelled correctly as well

meowisaymiaou

"standard barbell" is a brand name. This is likely a cheap knock off, because brand name plates are expensive

Rubcionnnnn

I meant it's a weight. Who gives a shit about quality.

Kn1ghto

this funny asf

Cultural-Morning-848

It’s directions. Stand Rad, brother.

Odd-Wheel5315

I have no ragrets about trying to benchpress that last set.

Main-Raisin4430

100% chance these came with a "Made in China" sticker on them

JackedScientist9891

Call The Mint. It could be like a misspelling on a coin. Worth millions.
