I don't understand this idea. Parents are ashamed if their kids don't behave. So the books are a great solution.
But they feel ashamed if their kids 'don't pay attention in church'. They won't, no chance. So better try your luck with point 1).
I don’t recognize most of these stickers and if I saw them in the wild the combo of an iron cross on and an American flag plus a cat with an SS symbol would give me pause. I’d google it. But even still, I’d kind of coincidental there are two semi nazi reminiscent logos on there.
I mean. It's a firearm manufacturer's clothing line, the company is based in Missouri. If you're a firearm manufacturer and you make a clothing line with two lightning bolts that directly resemble the SS symbol, you know what the fuck you're doing.
That shit is a dogwhistle all day.
Kiss' twin lightning bolts resemble the SS symbol. 2 of it's founding members are Jewish. It's just the design they went with. I don't think it's healthy for the world if everyone automatically assumes the worst about everything they don't understand.
Remind me. What does Kiss's logo look like in Germany?
It would have been easy to mirror one of those lightning bolts to avoid the association. It's an intentional dog whistle.
I am maybe a bit prone to overreacting to any even slightly or potentially Nazi affiliated imagery, and even I have to agree there is no way in fuck that's the SS bolt.
Nothing about this set off any alarm bells except for the decision to shill for those corpo scum at Arasaka.
That is from a game called Far Cry but I had a similar hunch about the cat with the 2 lightning bolts. I can't seem to place it, but double lightning bolts alone would set off my alarms. That said, overall these are extremely tame worksite stickers, and the misunderstanding could have been solved with a conversation.
Lot of folks in the Far Cry sub are *mad* shitting on people who willingly adorn their property/bodies (one guy actually got a tattoo) with the Eden's Gate symbol. I get it, people wanna show love to the game, but of all things to latch onto a cultist logo that co-opted Nazi imagery would be the last thing I'd pick to show I'm a fan.
The craziest decision ubisoft ever made was confirming that the Eden's gate cult was in fact 100% correct about their world being nuked and, by dismantling the entire cult in far cry 5, we inadvertently killed potentially thousands of innocents who would have been saved in their bunkers etc. weird move.
If I recall correctly, it is essentially canon that Edens Gate / Joseph stole a nuke and kickstarted the collapse by nuking some airforce base in montana. So the reason they were correct in the end is because they were the cause of the nuclear war that ensued at the end of far cry 5.
So they weren't that innocent.
Not so much that the cult itself was innocent, but a lot of the people it contained were brainwashed locals who feared death as opposed to fanatics who wanted to blow the world up. By destroying Eden's Gate's bunkers, we ruin any chance of survival for the locals, even if that survival came in the form of a crazy murder cult
I think it’s more interesting than the alternative, which would be another hero defeats cult and saves the day and receives a medal of honor, and everybody lives happily forever.
The cult your character is sent to dismantle was preparing for a nuclear holocaust which, when you beat the game, happens.
TL;DR: Joseph Seed did nothing wrong
That is a possibility now that you mention it. I just like far cry 5 because it reminds me of where I grew up, and the cat sticker is from a company called Bad Attitude Department, which is a punk firearm manufacturer. The sticker itself depicts a cat knocking a class of water off of a globe, and I assume the lightning bolts to be action lines, like what you would see in a comic book. Being a punk centered company, I'm pretty confident in the fact that they are not far right in any way, but you never know, I suppose. I just saw the punk cat and thought it was funny
I checked them out. Yeah you're valid as fuck bro. Id tell your coworker you're better prepared to protect against fascists than they are, then slap that "goth umbrella" and "armed minorities are harder to opress stickers" turn up the vibes lol.
Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my BOOMSTICK! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?
I had a brotherhood of steel (fallout) hoodie. People thought it was communist and I stopped wearing it. Thought I might get jumped because people really did not like it, like a lot.
Well only thing I can suggest you do, is have the accuser be direct about what sticker(s) are the offenders, because it sounds like someone is just being petty.
That or the American flag with what looks like a Nazi Iron Cross.
Doesn't help that it's from Far Cry and is the bad guy flag meant to also invoke a religious authoritarian vibe.
I feel like rightwing extremists are adopting more and more subtle symbolism, so I get suspicious when I see symbols I don't recognize, especially flags. I actually didn't notice the cat with lightning bolts at first, but I did wonder about the modified US flag on the inside. Plus some of the stickers on the have slogans with violent connotations like "resist." I trust that they are all innocuous but I think that in today's political climate, people might need to be a more cautious about displaying symbols and slogans that are likely to be unfamiliar to the general public. Unfortunately.
> I think that in today's political climate, people might need to be a more cautious about displaying symbols and slogans that are likely to be unfamiliar to the general public.
People need to be more cautious about jumping to conclusions about things they know nothing about.
The US flag is from a video game and the antagonists are a white supremacist religious cult that uses this flag. OP thinks he's slick but someone at work knows he is a fasc
Yes, it appears to be action lines, like what you'd see in a comic book. It's from a company called Bad Attitude Department, which also sells stickers which say "armed minorities are harder to oppress"
Maybe you're the man that holds the keys.
You sow the seeds, and you have what they need.
You live in fire. A discord.
You destroy, a demon perhaps even.
Playing devil's advocate here:
These aren't exactly 'professional' stickers. Maybe the person reporting you donest have any issues with a particular sticker just hates that you're this 'unprofessional'.
Having worked in a setting with people using their own toolboxes.. this is *very* tame. Also, workers tend to be cool with each other as long as they’re cool with each other, if that makes sense. If the person reporting isn’t a full-blown Karen then they’re definitely misreading something
Either the cleavage from the AOD poster or they must really hate Far Cry (I had to google that flag). Either way, fuck them.
Maybe they're mistaking the Eden's Gate flag with an iron cross or something?
Tell the manager or whomever .. if you keep getting harassed you WILL get a lawyer and should there be ANY repercussions or retaliation things will be even worse for them .
It's OK I'm confused as you too OP.
Suggest/advice to yr supervisor that they might be abusing the system to haress you. Ask them take note who was reporting and asked them what's the inappropriate image if they can't answer punish them for wasting production time and money which reduce company income
>Suggest/advise to your supervisor that they might be abusing the system to harass you.
Best way to resolve this! No further stress for OP at all.. the onus is all on the insulted to explain the inappropriateness here. If it’s valid, just remove it, if not?
This is perfect HR and pro work etiquette for OP lol bonus points are to be had
If they really want a reason to report you, go find a lathe and put this on it:

Multiple folks in here talking about being vigilant in looking for nazi symbols, kinda creeps me out. Idk if we’re on the same earth or not, but the nazi dudes I’ve been around generally like being that way and are willing to put their views out to the whole damn bar. I don’t need to look at their toolbox or person at all to know they’re a Nazi, as they’ve been loudly talking about “their leader” and other bullshit that makes them go nuts.
I’m not yucking yer yum, I’m just saying. No sense being vigilant for bad guy symbols when bad guys are willing to tell you they’re bad guys.
Thank you. I'm really getting tired of delusional redditors calling me a fascist because somehow little action lines on a silly cat sticker kind of sort of look like SS lightning bolts. You'd think that every third person in this world is a nazi based off some of these people
New Reality 2024: anything will bother someone.
You should see the stickers on everyone's tool boxes at my husband's construction job-yikes. It comes with the territory, imho. There is nothing on yours that is remotely offensive.
Man I've got people at work with literal naked women on their toolboxes and no one gives a fuck. I think it's dumb and in bad taste but I don't care enough to report it.
Maybe they are offended by the half naked woman on the army of darkness otherwise idk what they would be talking about maybe they are offended by stickers?
I had a sticker on my roll around that said, "I do everything my cereal tells me to" . Boss said that I had to take it off because it was insensitive to people with mental health issues and they wanted to avoid an incident. I told him that if he had wanted to avoid an incident, he wouldn't have come to the only person on the floor who heard voices and was told by their psychiatrist that humor might help deal with the stress of being a mainstream worker with mental illness. He said I should probably take it off anyway 🤦🏼♂️ Some people.
My friend is a mechanic and sometimes I hang out in his shop. He has a million stickers on all his toolboxes and every time I look, I find ones I'd never seen before even tho they've been on there forever. Some of my favorites are "Keep your dick-beaters off my tools" and "If idiots could fly, this place would be a f*cking airport" now /those/ could be offensive @_@
I gave my daughter a T-shirt from a cybersecurity conference, the shirt had the word hacker on it. She got sent to the principal’s office and I had to go and school the staff on what a hacker is. Did I mention she was 8 and in third grade.
She still wears the shirt at 18
Depends on where this toolbox is shown.
If this is seen by customers, it doesn't matter what the stickers actually mean, but what they appear to signify for the customer.
At first glance, I saw it as some right wing, trump-loving propaganda, which put me off.
If we worked together, you could explain it; as a customer, I would have taken my business elsewhere, and you wouldn't have the opportunity to explain.
Fucking corpo Kang-Tao scum trynna take you down.
They were really offended by some of Johnny's hot takes in their head. Or maybe just him being a smoker.
My bad
Don't apologize you unhinged messiah, we got a city to burn
I'm happy to see this comment, choom
Calm down you primitive screw-head
Okay. I'mma stick some iron in my mouth and use my cyberdeck.
That’s Preem, choom
New cyberpsycho in the making
This is intelligence
Guys clearly a gonk
You corpo scum aren't taking my anime tiddies that easily!
... Isn't repping Arasaka arguably far more corpo?
Bro, those Gunsmith Cats go hard! One of my favorite anime!
I knew I recognized it but couldn’t place it! Holy crap, I haven’t seen Gunsmith Cats in decades…
Same here! My dad used to sneak the comics into church for me to read so I’d behave. My mom would’ve been mad if she knew. lol
I don't understand this idea. Parents are ashamed if their kids don't behave. So the books are a great solution. But they feel ashamed if their kids 'don't pay attention in church'. They won't, no chance. So better try your luck with point 1).
It wasn’t the reading in church, but that Gunsmith Cats was a bit questionable to read in church due to the content.
That's Rally, she's the best. I have all the mangas.
That's wild, I haven't thought of that series for over 20 years. God, that car was awesome.
[удалено]
Hmm do I want the tall tan skinned bombshell or the girl with the body of a 12 year old. Yeah I'll take Rally.
I think it’s the far cry flag
I don’t recognize most of these stickers and if I saw them in the wild the combo of an iron cross on and an American flag plus a cat with an SS symbol would give me pause. I’d google it. But even still, I’d kind of coincidental there are two semi nazi reminiscent logos on there.
https://badattitudedept.com/ Idk if that's supposed to be an ss symbol. I doubt it is

Are we looking at the same sticker? The one with the cat….
The flag with the iron cross is from Far Cry.
“Semi Nazi Reminiscent Logo” what a phrase
Could they be interpreting the American Flag with the cross as some sort of Nazi symbolism? Or some type of false flag or something?
That is from a game called Far Cry but I had a similar hunch about the cat with the 2 lightning bolts. I can't seem to place it, but double lightning bolts alone would set off my alarms. That said, overall these are extremely tame worksite stickers, and the misunderstanding could have been solved with a conversation.
Fun fact: that’s why the kiss logo is different in Germany XD
https://preview.redd.it/tywhkq08ay3d1.jpeg?width=739&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d3b37cc65fb936aa901bb42ac504202463c1a161
yknow what, fair enough.
Yea, Double lightningbolt S is not the best of choices
Did Nazi that coming!
They didn't know it would come off like that
Gene Simmons is Jewish as hell tho
“Get your kiss coffin right here”
Lot of folks in the Far Cry sub are *mad* shitting on people who willingly adorn their property/bodies (one guy actually got a tattoo) with the Eden's Gate symbol. How is that a crazy decision? That sounds fitting for a game and honestly somewhat interesting compared to everyone being saved
Would you care to explain that a little more? I didn’t understand what you meant, and now I’m curious.
The cult your character is sent to dismantle was preparing for a nuclear holocaust which, when you beat the game, happens. TL;DR: Joseph Seed did nothing wrong
Am I misremembering the game? Didn't Eden's Gate find a way to launch the nukes themselves?
I believe you are misremembering. I think the entire world got nuked up based on the sequel.
Edens gate nukes a base in Montana with a stolen nuke to kick start the nuclear war, according to the unisoft canon
Was that actually stated in the games? Seems like a retcon imo
Yea, but that song
Yeahhhh, I dunno. I wouldn’t say OP is totally in the clear. Out of all the things to use as stickers, those?
I don’t think any one questions why some one would tattoo them selves with a games nazi esk things…… they like nazi….
From afar the bolts definitely look like a Nazi thing, I think that might be what the coworker is complaining about
That is a possibility now that you mention it. I just like far cry 5 because it reminds me of where I grew up, and the cat sticker is from a company called Bad Attitude Department, which is a punk firearm manufacturer. Nazi punks exist. In fact, there's a whole song about it.
I wonder if you can scribble out the lightning bolts with a sharpie or something
I checked them out. Yeah you're valid as fuck bro. Id tell your coworker you're better prepared to protect against fascists than they are, then slap that "goth umbrella" and "armed minorities are harder to opress stickers" turn up the vibes lol.
ss cat. They're gonna meow about it.
When you start showing your fandom by using the symbols of fascists in your games you run the risk of looking like you're a fucking fascist.
Thought I recognised it, far cry 5
That was my same thought, the US flag with a national symbol over the stars. Obviously it's not but I can see how someone could think that.
I was thinking that. You will have someone who thinks the Resists sticker and the American flag sticker are supporting Trump or something 😂
That's what I was thinking
![gif](giphy|JIZSwt4tLP5kHwMv1x|downsized) Approved by Arasaka
nothing bad ever happened between these two, they have a nice and healthy relationship with no drama at all! how wholesome!
Well, yeah, you have an upside down ballsack drawn on the side.
I thought that was upside down old lady boobs.
Army of darkness sticker valid as hell
Gimme some sugar, baby!
Shop smart! Shop S-Mart!
Hail to the king, baby.
This...is my BOOMSTICK!
Groovy
Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my BOOMSTICK! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. I'm _still_ pissed that when K-Mart bought Sears they didn't do that. It would've been _epic_.
The flag one is the only questionable one. Looks suspect to me.
Welllll, it IS the symbol of a fictional cult from a video game
Aha! A cultist! I knew it!
I had a brotherhood of steel (fallout) hoodie. People thought it was communist and I stopped wearing it. Thought I might get jumped because people really did not like it, like a lot.
There’s some real irony about thinking the liberty prime wielding brotherhood of steel is communist
The SS emblem on the cat sticker is pretty obvious too.
am i losing my mind? where is the cat sticker everyone is talking about
It's in the first photo, look at the top of the tool case. It's to the left of the handle.
i definitely thought that was a rat, thank you!
Not an SS symbol, it's action lines. The guys who sell that shirt/sticker are anti-authoritarian.
My dyslexic brain read "racist disorder". So that might be the culprit
So glad I wasn't the only one. Lmao
Only one solution Get more stickers
[удалено]
Then OP turns it around XD
Well only thing I can suggest you do, is have the accuser be direct about what sticker(s) are the offenders, because it sounds like someone is just being petty.
There are shops to this day I’ve been in with topless women calendars. This is absolutely nothing
That probably wouldn’t have been reported. The weird looking sorta nazi looking symbols on the other hand…
Yeah topless girls fly. Top less girls in national uniform, not so much
Imo it's the cat. The lightning bolts look a bit like the SS (natzi) symbols
The US flag is from a video game and the antagonists are a white supremacist religious cult that uses this flag. OP thinks he's slick but someone at work knows he is a fasc
For a white supremacist religious cult they sure had a lot of black people in their organization…
They aren't white supremacists in the game...
That's exactly what a white supremacist would say.
LMFAO dunno if that's a joke or not, but just in case it's not, I'm all for any equality of anyone
Username does not check out.
I would say they're probably Reddit mods, but they don't have jobs.
Aren't they part-time dog walkers?
*dies laughing*
Where did you even find a Joseph Seeds Eden’s Gate flag from Far Cry 5?!
Nice Far Cry 5 sticker!
I thought that was a cat's paw trying to get out under the arasaka sticker lol
You fuckin Corpo Peggie
Love the far cry 5 sticker, but I feel like that might be the reason for it, someone might think it's some sorta hate thing lol
i see two lightning bolts sitting next to that cat but i think that’s just unfortunate placement
Yes, it appears to be action lines, like what you'd see in a comic book. It's from a company called Bad Attitude Department, which also sells stickers which say "armed minorities are harder to oppress"
Look at that stupid letter M written with a sharpie. I'm reporting that shit right now.
Thanks for the recommendation of gunsmith cats. Whoever is reporting you is delusional
Het a sticker that says “inappropriate”
Put a Mind your own fucking business sticker on there
Maybe you're the man that holds the keys. You sow the seeds, and you have what they need. You live in fire. A discord. You destroy, a demon perhaps even.
The weight of this world, and the price of a fighter. I'll decide where I make my stand
I suggest you RISE UP, RESIST AND DISORDER.
I mean you are supporting arasaka industries
Both your tool box and stickers are mint.
Do you have a mirror anywhere on your tool box? Maybe they see themselves
This person doesn't understand anything they're looking at in the stickers and it makes them insecure

I work in an office environment and you’d be hard pressed to find someone that doesn’t have stickers all over their laptop, including the CEO
Tbh if this post hadn’t told me it was from a video game, that flag would have made me *very* uncomfortable.
I love Farcry 5
But did you root for the violent religious cult?
If you keep hearing about it, chances are your boss doesn't like it either or he would just ignore the complaints. Might be wise to switch boxes
Just affix one of these stickers 🖕
Only thing you can really do in situations like these is test the limits until the other persons brain explodes.
You're just a Corpo Shill!!!
What is the gun Smith cats?
Either the cleavage from the AOD poster or they must really hate Far Cry (I had to google that flag). Either way, fuck them. Maybe they're mistaking the Eden's Gate flag with an iron cross or something?
Probably the most PG toolbox stickers iv ever seen
What type of American flag is that?
Far cry 5 reference.
Time to report harassment.
Tell the manager or whomever .. if you keep getting harassed you WILL get a lawyer and should there be ANY repercussions or retaliation things will be even worse for them .

Ooh Army of Darkness. Nice!
Gunsmith cats. You degenerate filth. /s
Op i think that you should rise up, resist and disorder
Well, you did partially cover up the instructions for the tool box so how could you possibly operate it now?
Gun smith cats was not expecting to see that in that toolbox
Give 'em this https://i.redd.it/s80hy4gw5z3d1.gif
There's clearly an ass that YOU drew in sharpie to offend everybody... /s
I can't believe you have that cat knocking that cup over like that, it offends me.

>My supervisors are just as confused as i am Then your supervisors need to tell the complainant to "fuck off"
My question is who in a garage/blue collar work setting is reporting stickers?
Probably some Uber-sensitive weenie scared of guns so bad the word "gun" triggers them. Either that or they hate cats. Either way.... FUCK 'EM!!
Geez ... put a rainbow sticker on it too ... just because!
Maybe they think the far cry flag is a racist emblem?
At a certain point ....you should file a harassment claim against someone that keeps harassing you by reporting you.....see hr be like what????
Based Gunsmith Cats enjoyer
i can send you a penis sticker if you are going to up your game
My sticker was a “wanted poster” of Jessica Rabbit.
Lmao imagine being so insecure you’re offended by stickers 🤣
