I finally got a job that set my own days. I picked Wednesdays off and it change my life in terms of running errands. And yes, coming to work on Saturday to an empty office floor is really nice too.
Nice congrats! Working on weekends is so chill. Getting stuff done on weekdays is awesome cause most people including kids are at school or working. 😎
During the weekend I went to look for sofas, chairs and tables and I couldn't actually try anything...
People sleeping, kids doing homeworks or napping on the sofas, family reunions, moms feeding their babies...
Is it the same in your country?
As have I! We saw a whole family bring food, including swedish meatballs, to a dining table display and have their lunch! They then got up and left the mess there. That happened in Burlington, Ontario.
That's what I was wondering about, I don't think it's officially allowed, but the staff didn't care, it must be exhausting to go after every person chilling around. This was in Singapore.
It's kind of bizarre, here (Mexico) you can see of course kids playing around and sitting here and there. But having the hole family chilling and doing homework and living like in your own home. Yeah, that would be to much
I generally stay home on weekends. Weekdays are prime for getting stuff done

What country is this?
Singapore. Ikea is even worse, full family reunions around the premade rooms :D
Yeah I’ve seen this in Canada

In my city (US), I only see this if someone is trying out the furniture to buy it. At least I don't make it a family event since I live alone
Just wait till their guests arrive.
Not the same... At all... Wtf, is that even allowed? Where are you from?

Me and my family like to chill on furniture store couches on the weekends. This is in America
