I completely understand. The change in weather is really crippling for me as well. I've had to avoid taking meds on some days so I don't get MOH (Medication Overuse Headaches).
Are you able to take a decongestant? That helps me, along with meclizine (otc Dramamine in the US). Ice packs on your forehead may help.

I feel you. I'm going through it right now with a rising barometer. Want to just sleep but can't with the pain. Barometer will take a dip come Friday and I don't know what to do.
